早上起來才看到昨晚的床單真面目，前台服務就一個小女孩，讓送點東西一律拒絕，就一個人，早上電梯又壞了，推箱子扛了五樓下去，本想找人幫忙，説是沒有這個服務。反正就是再也不會來住了

衞生：堪憂，抱枕上有不明液體幹後留下的痕跡。
環境：極差，商品頁面説的是有窗，實際無窗，聯繫換房扯皮。
服務：極差，扯皮糊弄推諉。
狠狠的被背刺了，總體極差，完全不值這個價，是我住過的這個價位的最差的酒店。

體驗感不好
裏面設施比較老舊
我比較注重睡眠，床鋪感覺不乾淨，整個晚上都身癢，我們家隊友也一樣感覺。
前台問他要熱水沒有，連最基本都無法滿足
由於春節期間，酒店周圍店鋪全都關門
沒有人煙
我不知平台的好評是哪來的？

∴這個賓館比較乾淨整潔，服務員態度非常好，還免費升級了一個大床房，離洪山廣場地鐵站比較近，從 A2口出來溜達到的，周邊超市，飯店都有，還可以點外賣。有窗户，通通風，空氣清新。熱水也不錯，洗護用品比較大瓶，下次還定這裏。

酒店的服務態度很好，工作專業，辦理速度快，服務熱情，房間衞生比以前乾淨，大堂大氣，停車也方便了，前台人員服務很好，很主動熱情，個人覺得性價比不錯。這是我對於這家酒店的評價!這家酒店管理真的很到位，我們住得很開心，很舒服，熱水也熱得很快，空 給力，床超大，超軟，我有點潔癖，但被子和枕頭還有窗簾都是全新的，非常乾淨，我很滿意，感覺這次超值，上次好像記得地板好破，現在房間全部換新的了。經常住酒店，但是這家的服務和管理是我住過最好的，真的是家的感覺!給個大大的 推薦推薦!下次再過來必住!

酒店還挺大的是單獨一棟的不是那種居民樓裏面的小旅館，停車也挺方便的他們有自己的停車位。酒店整體的環境就是比較的簡約大氣，沒有那些花裏胡哨的東西，廁所裏面的用具都用單獨的小盒子裝起來的特別乾淨衞生，住的不錯下次還選你們家👍👍👍👍👍

二次入住！酒店在洪山廣場附近，離武大不遠，地鐵口近，店門口有免費得停車位，但數量有限，早到早得，晚到碰運氣，黃鶴樓和户部巷我們這次是步行來回得，酒店內部環境不錯，有需求很快解決，酒店服務人員也很客氣，明年如果還去武漢必住歐喜得。這次懶得拍房間內部了，離店前順手拍了一張！
