對於週末控價的酒店，真的服氣，江夏屬於武漢較為偏遠的地方了，平常100多-200多的可以直接把房價提到4-500，也是很服氣的。提價可以，對應的服務也需要跟上吧！就挺無語，沒有針對哪家，就單純的想吐槽。
入住的這個酒店，當天朋友去的特別晚，差不多凌晨，後面也不知道是怎麼給辦的入住，第二天居然在酒店前台找不着房號，因為房間差不多都滿了，酒店服務人員帶着朋友一間房一間房去敲門，最後才知道住的哪個房間，也是很服氣的，yyds！！

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務好，採光也好，入住還送了兩瓶礦泉水，衞生間設施什麼的都挺好的，熱水來的快，東西都比較齊全，水温舒適。房間床挺大的，酒店風格不錯

這家酒店非常糟糕，剛入住中央空調壞了，維修的人半天才來，在房間裏面凍的熱熱發抖。酒店打掃，不給換拖鞋，單獨要求才給送過來，毛巾也沒換，房間沒電話是壞的，酒店衞生差勁，看圖，連鏡子都是破的，然後今天和前台説酒店的問題，前台説你跟我們説這些也沒用，我們也管不了，連意見都不讓你反饋，完全沒有哪怕一點職業精神，我問你的姓名或工牌是多少，前台説沒有工牌，姓名也不告訴，你投訴就直接投訴説是前台就行，像是哪來的***，態度跋扈囂張。

平時出差都住華住旗下的酒店，這次住的星程，感覺很不錯，房間乾淨，床軟得像朵雲，躺下就不想動了。前台服務員態度好，有求必應，笑得跟花兒一樣。並且早餐品種豐富，味道也贊，他們家主打的麪也很不錯，下次來還得選這兒。

昨天睡了一晚，本來很忐忑的，因為我看到下面有評論給的很客觀，但是這是離我最近的酒店，抱着試試的目的來睡了一晚💤，感覺太划得來了😌😌😌，三個月的時間我能看到酒店的用心，不管是硬件設施還是軟件，都在想給顧客更好的體驗，難忘的旅程😁😁😁，這裏兩百多的房間完全不輸三百甚至四百的房間，讓我感覺到物超所值👍👍👍，首先大廳就很寬闊氣派，簡單大氣🥰，其次酒店的服務態度，在其他評論也説了很多，確實不錯😀，良好的開端讓我更期待房間的佈局，進門很温馨🤭，聽前台小姐姐説酒店一直在改進裝修，住了一晚上也沒有像視頻裏面那樣缺胳膊少腿，房間隔音很好！！！裏面也沒有異味，淡淡的清香🥳，淋浴洗澡也沒有問題😶🌫️，毫無廉價感，而且三個月以來酒店沒有收到任何差評，我相信這和他們的努力脱不了幹係，致力服務好每一位顧客客户，一但有問題時從不拖泥帶水，真誠的想去幫你解決，並商量好解決方案👏👏👏，完美的詮釋了顧客就是上帝之一句話，以後如果有機會的話還會繼續光顧🤝🤝🤝🤝
