The room is very nice. I prefer to have a window. Ctrip happened to have a discount and the experience was okay. The front desk service was not proactive enough and did not notify the breakfast location and breakfast coupons in advance. Finally, I reminded everyone that the breakfast was not bad.

酒店很智能，還有機器人送東西。房間內設施很新，很乾凈，前台服務員也不錯的。位置好，停車場卻很方便。就是靠高架邊的房間，不關窗，稍微有些吵。

房間衞生還可以，會有人來打掃房間而且還會有一次性拖鞋的添加！環境也還好，沒有那麼嘈雜！但是最不好的一點是酒店前台服務人員真的很過分，説話語氣就像是我欠錢一樣，而且我是未成年人訂房，法律規定監護人同意就行，我在長沙住酒店都是打電話給監護人同意了就好了！結果到她這兒就不行了，説什麼公安廳就在對面，是在對面，但是你走法律程序不也可以嗎？就是因為五一期間我定房子定的早沒掙到錢，然後就想找辦法攆我們走，後來看我們之前有未成年住房經驗又説可以了！真服了，你五一期間酒店價格飛漲還有臉幹出這種事情來，我之前訂房五百塊錢定了兩個晚上，結果五一六百塊錢定一個晚上，真服了！想錢想瘋了！而且這個酒店地理位置還遠，坐公交和地鐵要好長時間呢！就憑酒店服務人員那個態度也得是差評！差評就因為酒店服務人員態度不好！
