Though the hotel is a bit old, it was a good experience to stay in Atour Light Hotel (Wuhan Wuchang Railway Station Zhongnan Store) because of their service. The staff there is very nice and very supportive.

I always stay at the chained hotel, Atour, if there is one in my destination. I like travel light. Every Atour has some laundry machines. They are very useful.
Also its staff are super kind. They helped me lot. Thanks for them, I had a wonderful time there.

The transportation is convenient, the little girl at the front desk is warm and polite, and the hygiene of the room is quite clean. Overall it is very good on duty recommendation!

服務：工作人員態度都很好，辦入住和退房都有茶水遞上，覺得靠街的房間有點吵都有積極配合調換，這點好評。
設施：雖然是輕居系列，但這家房間除了面積偏小一點，其他和亞朵基本一致，打掃的比較乾淨，4瓶礦泉水+2瓶茶算是比較有誠意了。
不足:沙發上有一些污痕，如果再有個體重秤就更完美了。
總體好評推薦！

酒店的服務人員超級nice，知道我當天生日，送了蛋糕還有花，前台還送了茶顏悦色的零食包，超驚喜！
而且酒店房間很乾凈設施也很好，下次來武漢還會選亞朵！以後去其他城市也都會考慮住亞朵啦～～很貼心！

這是我第一次預訂亞朵集團旗下的酒店，因為和朋友曾入住過並留下了良好的印象，當時還贈送了歡迎水果，房間空間也很寬敞。然而，這次自己去入住的體驗卻非常糟糕。得知入住率本來不高後，我想要入住之前與朋友入住過的房型，前台要求我提供朋友的姓名以查詢，最終前台調配到了相同的房型。然而，進入房間後發現房間巨小，是最基礎的房型，而且廁所和洗澡間並未像之前那樣隔開。
另外，當我向前小bo（波）台提出要求安排高樓層時，旁邊的女前台態度強硬地迴應説：“我們最高也就是4樓。”這讓我感到十分不滿，因為我覺得提出要求的權利都沒有被尊重。更重要的是，進入分配的房間後，我聞到了嚴重的黴味（或異味），這種味道一直瀰漫在房間內。由於辦理入住手續耗時較長，我沒有再去前台換房。除了更換了床單並進行了簡單清潔外，房間的地板和走倒都給人一種沒有打掃過的感覺。加上黴味的存在，這次入住真是讓人不值得花錢。（也不知道是不是要求了高樓層， 前台給予我的區別對待？）
但好的一面是酒店提供了幾瓶簡單可樂和好幾瓶礦泉水，這種細心周到的舉措值得稱讚。綜上所述，入住體驗不佳。
作為一位曾從事過酒店業的從業者，我認為無論是什麼級別的酒店，在入住率不是最好的情況下，前台人員是否應該儘量滿足顧客的需求呢？雖然我們理解工作可能繁忙，但客房主管是否能夠在交接給下一位顧客之前稍微認真檢查一下房間情況呢？謝謝。

房間環境不錯，設施也還可以衞生也不錯，服務也挺好，還免費送了一份早餐讓我體驗哈。早餐在一樓，確實還是蠻豐盛！就是衹有一部電梯。整體感覺都還不錯，下次來這裏一定還會選擇住這個酒店。
