New World Wuhan Hotel

Stayed here for an exam and had an amazing experience. The bed was beyond comfortable, the soundproofing was great, and the robot room service was super convenient. The elevators require a key card to go up, which felt very secure. There was a bathtub, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to use it. Oh, I just have to rave about how great the bed was again! After getting to the room in the afternoon, I planned to take a quick nap before heading out to grab some food at the nearby mall. But the moment I lay down, I slept straight through until dark. It was that comfortable. Loved it!

My friend was visiting Wuhan for the first time, and since New World has a very convenient location, I chose this hotel for them. It's super handy for exploring local Wuhan food nearby, and if you don't feel like going out, you can easily order food delivery. We'd definitely consider staying here again next time my friend visits!

This time I stayed at the 'Little Grand' – New World Hotel. The hotel is located above the K11 shopping mall, which makes shopping very convenient. I stayed in a high-floor room this time, and the elevator automatically goes to your floor when you swipe your card. The room overlooked Jiefang Avenue, and the window insulation was quite good. The bedding was a comfortable medium firmness, and the toiletries were also of good quality. Soaking in the bathtub at night, I felt the lack of bath salts. The hotel might consider adding them. Also, the bathtub and shower weren't completely separated by glass, but these are minor issues. The wake-up calls and delivery services provided at night were all very satisfactory. It was raining, so the outdoor pool couldn't be used. This pool is quite spacious, so if you come in the summer, you could definitely go for a swim. The breakfast quality was excellent. Even towards the end of the service, there was still a wide variety to choose from. The bread had plenty of butter, and the desserts were also delicious. Overall, this is a very nice hotel in Wuhan. I've stayed in so many five-star hotels in Wuhan, and this one is definitely among the top five.

Facilities: Excellent, couldn't be better. Very clean and quiet, I slept really well.

Overall, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but the stay was still comfortable. The front desk staff's attitude was so-so; one female receptionist was particularly impatient. Getting from the underground parking to the hotel lobby was also quite inconvenient.

The hotel was so dirty... I've never stayed in a five-star hotel this filthy in my life.

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was well-equipped and comfortable. The view was great, and the transportation was convenient. You can also scan a QR code to get Didi coupons. Booking through Trip.com made the hotel price quite affordable.

I specifically came to give this hotel five stars! From the moment I walked in, the service was wonderfully comfortable. The front desk staff patiently answered all my travel questions. The room had no strange odors upon entry, the toiletries were complete, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent. It was quiet at night, absolutely no noise. Breakfast had a wide variety and tasted great. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I've already recommended it to friends and will prioritize booking here again. I mentioned my baby tends to be a bit fussy, and they accommodated us perfectly.

【Hotel Exclusive】15% off F&B: Our family and friends booked several rooms here because my family member was hospitalized across the street. We negotiated a long-term rate with the hotel sales team, and they thoughtfully included breakfast, which we greatly appreciated. My family member successfully underwent surgery a few days ago and is now recovering. The hotel provided complete support and a comfortable environment, helping our family get through a difficult time. Thank you again.
