我這個人一年四季旅遊，2022年來武漢就選擇這家酒店，當時感覺衞生服務都很好，吃飯在36樓，就是吃飯太不方便，坐電器還要換，我帶長者太不方便了，今年來沒想到有選擇這家酒店，哎！就是吃飯出去玩方便爾一，以後在來武漢不會選擇這家酒店，主要是衞生不好

酒店位置優越 旁邊就是K11 恆隆等大型購物中心逛街很方便 我們是22樓房間視野不錯 但通風不怎麼舒暢 窗户沒法開 空調開着也感覺有點悶 早餐還行 服務也不錯 最感動的是門口的迎賓小哥從入住到離店非常敬業 一直幫我們提行李箱到遠處的出租車上

窗户不能打開，衹有很小的一個排氣口，室內空氣質量不好，早餐旋轉餐廳是亮點，餐廳品種一般，出行還是比較方便。

服務態度非常好，可以説是我住過的賓館服務態度最好的。印象最深的是開門的小哥哥每次都盡職盡責喊歡迎光臨，前台也是隨叫隨到，清潔阿姨態度好打掃的也很乾凈。環境上，新裝修的房間很舒適高級，窗簾和馬桶都是自動化的，環形的房間可以全方位看到武漢的夜景。哈哈哈很滿意，會推薦給朋友來住！
