Hotels near Jinli Tower, Wuhan Mountain Resort in Wuhan

這是我第二次來武漢，也算是打工人忙碌了很久之後的一次短暫出遊，本來是訂了漢口站附近的酒店，但是想了想，車站附近的酒店一般環境都很不好，於是再即將達到武漢的高鐵上重新選擇了一家。 還算沒有失望，大大的落地窗一下子就把我給治癒了。雖然在市區，也許臨近公園，晚上十點多，外面很安靜，看着武漢乾淨的街道，甚至都想立馬辭職來這裏生活。 采荷酒店很乾凈，枕頭很舒服很舒服，床墊也很符合人體工學，主要是地理位置很好，臨近地鐵站，不擔心出門擁堵，而且旁邊就是解放公園，早上八點騎自行車周邊隨便轉轉，就已經治癒了疲憊的打工人了。而且離過早的山海關路非常近，騎自行車就可以到。 最後我還是要誇一下這個落地窗，和落地窗外的樹，如果下次時間長點，我一定要在床上躺着看樹上的葉子被風吹下來。

They take a 600yuan fee when you get there (just so you know. It is not advertised anywhere). Staff is very friendly and nice and everything is clean. There are two “Lady Floors” in the hotel. Breakfast is correct, if you are looking for nice toasts, it is not the place. The rest is ok. The location is really nice, it is a short walk to the river and then you walk around the park. Actually, it may be the best part of this hotel! It was a nice stay, but I wouldn’t repeat, the “vibe” of is not my style.

The room is clean and sanitary, with complete facilities. The parking lot is large, convenient and free. The buffet breakfast is rich and the service attitude is good. The hotel is very close to the subway station, and it is convenient to take the subway to visit the Yellow Crane Tower and East Lake. It is within walking distance of the Gude Temple.

To be honest, I feel there is a certain gap between Aduo and Aduo S. The hotel looks like an express hotel. On the first night I checked in, I found that the air conditioner could only heat the room temperature at 28 degrees and it was suffocating. I couldn't call the front desk. I couldn't upload photos by scanning the QR code to complain. The river view room had a side river view and the shower head had no water. It is too slow and the room hygiene needs to be improved. The breakfast restaurant serves a decent variety and is filling. The best thing about the whole process was the enthusiasm and timely response of every service staff. The little brother at the front desk helped us bring an electric fan and boiled water for us to heat instant noodles before leaving. The restaurant staff were serious and responsible.

Good location downtown and close to MixC shopping centre. Hotel itself is a bit 90s in style and could do with an update/refresh but has been kept in pretty good condition considering. Room clean enough and very spacious. Breakfast was underwhelming, with fairly limited options for a five star hotel. Service decent.

A nice mosiac floor and glass trumpet lighting chandelier greets you when you walk into the lobby. Its a blueish hue, leather sofa and great service from reception with oupon for supper will surprise any guest. Room are cosy, clean and high tech with voice activated control by ”xiao du”. Lightning ambient can be change from bright to cosy to watch video stream from gour phone to a giant Huawei screen. Service call are answered promptly and receptionist goes the extra mile to answer your queries. Convenient location to go around city attraction. It near a metro station. Breakfast till 11am with a variety of English or Chinese menu.

First off, I want to say that the housekeeping depar**ent was wonderful. They were not only great cleaners but they were also very thoughtful about checking when we would be out of the room during the day if they happened to show up when we were there. A few other things that were great about the hotel: the spectacular location (it's near so many great restaurants in a very walkable area), the big empty swimming pool with a view of the city, the generosity with face masks, and all staff seemed well trained in hospitality... So it breaks my heart that our arrival at the hotel so completely marred our stay. When my kids and I walked into the hotel one of the staff--I'm afraid I didn't catch her name in my shock, but I believe she was the manager on duty--grabbed a handful of gloves and handed them to us as we were still struggling to pull out all the green codes required of us (we were told to show two codes initially and then later would go through many more codes in a quest to see which would be accepted). She started the conversation by asking if we were leaving and when we said we were checking in, she asked to see the tracing app and immediately declared all the places we had been to as dangerous (the app was green and there were no asterisks at that point, I would later gain an asterisk thanks to being in Wuhan). They were not. We had travelled carefully, tracking the news of outbreaks and did our best to avoid all dangerous locations and crowds. We explained this to her and walked her through every place on our trip that we had been, but she refused to accept any of this. She kept insisting everywhere we had been was dangerous. It didn't matter to her how many green codes we had. We were foreigners that had come to Wuhan from a city in Jiangsu, taking a route that travelled near provinces where there were COVID-19 cases, and that meant we were dangerous. I want to be sympathetic. People in Wuhan had a much worse 2020 than anyone else in China. I can only imagine how terrifying it must be to have another significant outbreak a year later (we further had the bad luck of arriving in Wuhan on the same day as new cases). The hotel staff gave us a free fruit plate and they gave my daughter a stuffed animal, which she adored. But I was also travelling alone with two kids who were so traumatized by the experience (they were worried that we would be taken to a hospital or quarantine center and separated for who-knows-how-long) that they initially refused to eat dinner and still talk about the experience a week later (it didn't help that they noticed a Chinese guest arrive and check in without a face mask while we were still being interrogated with gloves and masks on and waited for a doctor to come and clear us). When the kids finally did decide they would eat, so long as we didn't leave the hotel, we discovered there was no longer ocean fish or seafood on the menu because of the virus which was interesting because we would find plenty of places outside the hotel that still offered salmon. Later when we tried to go to the Thai restaurant in the ball, we were told it was not open to us because of COVID-19 restrictions even though two lovely ladies who looked shocked to see us in the elevator were welcomed in. I assume there was some small private engagement or meeting that wasn't open to the public as there was no information anywhere that said the hotel restaurant was closed to the public. So I am divided on my feelings on this hotel. I want to believe it is a well run hotel and we were just unlucky to arrive on the wrong day. I can't really see myself staying here again if I return to Wuhan. My kids and I didn't really feel welcome here.

We chose this hotel based on two key factors: 1. Previous reviews 2. Location (This was very specific to us) 10/10 for everything. They don't really do food, but what they supply for free is very good. There are too many very good places to eat nearby, including a Black Pearl (Michelin) rated Cloud and Stork. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel always clean, Fresh towels every day. Free clothes washing (2 hour turnaround), but make sure you let them know if items don't need tumbling. During our stay in China we stayed at 5 different hotels across Beijing, Cheng Du, Chong Qing, Shenzhen and Wuhan. The QiuGou was the cheapest but far better in some elements than the most expensive 5* in Beijing!! Planning to stay again next year when we revisit family.

The location really is the hotel’s best feature. It is situated right by the river, and the there is a nice street market no more than 100 meters away. The lively Jianghan street is also somewhat close. The rooms are clean and staff is pleasant as well. They did call me several times after I checked out asking for a five-star review, which I do not appreciate. Otherwise no complaints!

Facilities: The room is spacious, the decoration style looks old, the maintenance is not ideal, the hanger is badly worn, the push-pull sign in the bathroom is missing, the two sockets in front of the desk are loose, and the mobile phone charger will fall out when plugged in. Service: Please send another pair of slippers to the front desk. The boy at the front desk told me an extension number and asked me to change the number. This process seems to be fine. The division of labor at the front desk is clear, and the guests should understand the specific delivery depar**ent. But it is rare to encounter star-rated hotels that operate like this. Environment: You can walk to the subway station, Shangri-La is just across the road, and there are McDonald's, MixC, etc. on the side, which is convenient for travel.
