The teeth of the wooden comb provided are too short and not easy to use. 3. The pattern of the mouthwash cup looks more ”down-to-earth”. I can't tell whether it is dirty or not. I am a little afraid to use it. It is recommended to replace it with a transparent glass cup. 4. The shower head is broken, and water is everywhere~ 5. The electronic scale in the room seems to be broken and does not display 6. The mini bar is removed. The food in Wuhan is very spicy and salty. I can't get anything to drink temporarily. He’s place to stay in Wuhan. Rooms are big, clean and staff is so efficient. The hotel is so technologically high end. Loved staying here. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Wuhan to stay here. Also it’s quite affordable. The only push back was the staff didn’t know much English. But I was mildly fluent so it was ok for me. For my parents who didn’t know a word of Chinese the staff was so helpful in anyway possible despite the language barrier. Loved our stay here.

I met Miao Miao from the guest department. The service was very thoughtful. She gave us a hand-drawn map and recommended several scenic routes in detail. Helpful staff at check in. Room was average size. Comfortable bed,with fresh linen each day. The lady housekeeper kept the room clean durian my daily absence and wished me good morning with a smile each time I saw her. When I checked out she acknowledged me farewell with a wave and warm smile. Breakfast was mainly Chinese as expected in a Chinese hotel, but there was adequate Western style food on offer. All the food was fresh and hot. Overall a good experience with the added bonus of only a short walk to the Yellow Crane Pagoda and ferries across the Yangtze River.. I took advantage of the free Metro and Bus travel for senior citizens.
