Great hotel - wonderful location with amazing view, clean and spacious rooms, and good service. Pool was great too, warm even during winter time (changing rooms rather chill though). Breakfast was pretty decent, including some choices for western breakfast. Overall experience is great, totally recommend this hotel if you plan trip to Wuhu

The check in was quick with good English speaking front desk. Rooms are stylish with very confortable bed and not smelly at all and the bathroom has all the necessary amenities. The gym is well equipped with multi power station, leg press, Shoulder press machine , pectoral flying machine and rear delt machine, biceps machine and dump bell station up to 20kg. Breakfast has western available options There is a nice shopping mall next to the hotel

The breakfast is very orderly. The takeaways you buy will also be delivered to the floor by a robot. Little E is very cute. It will take the elevator upstairs by itself and call to notify when it reaches the door. Five-star praise is given to it.

However, it rained heavily on the day we arrived, and there was no doorman to open the car door when we got off the car, let alone help with the luggage. The doorman was just a standing doorman. The front desk who checked in was not enthusiastic. The welcome drink sent by the child was milk, which was freshly made by the lobby bar waiter in the buffet restaurant. When it was brought back, it was very light. When I opened it, I saw that it was one-third of a cup of milk foam, and the plastic cup wall was not clean. There was no apology or explanation throughout the whole process, just took it away. After checking in, I went out to eat. After dinner, I returned to the room and found that there was a strange smell. It was too late to change rooms with the child. The details of the corner hygiene are probably not reliable, just like the service. It is understandable that the breakfast noodle stall is busy, but the child went to get the noodles and returned empty-handed after three trips. Every time, the child was asked to go back and wait, while the adults who came later could get it first. What kind of service consciousness is this? Small shops know that children and the elderly are honest, but InterContinental is like this? Now all major hotels are focusing on service, but this one can't even meet basic courtesy, let alone being attentive. These three words in the room are a tribute to the hotel management team.
