清明假期自駕來靈山和拈花灣旅遊，放棄住景區的民宿，民宿的衞生不乾淨。還是住品牌酒店放心，體驗了一晚星程酒店，房間乾淨舒適，前台小姐姐服務熱情！酒店隔壁是個學校操場，晚上安靜！白天玩了一天，全家都睡得很香～小長假期間酒店客人很多，早餐位置有點少，可以增加一批座位。早餐的麪條好吃，自駕來靈山玩可以考慮入住。

每年來靈山都住的這家，因為對酒店衞生有要求，對比了一下星程酒店是非常讓我滿意的，明天繼續來😀早餐也非常好吃，和在家一樣的感覺。有免費的停車場🅿️出行很方便，附近還有好吃的夜宵！最後説一遍！！前台服務好 衞生乾淨整潔 床很舒服 房間設施挺好的👌服務挺好好的 推薦推薦

這家酒店離靈山大佛和拈花灣小鎮不遠，前台小趙小姐姐熱情周到的服務，使我們有一種到家的感覺，為了讓我們休息好，還特意給安排了比較安靜的房間。雖然有些客人不太給力，大半夜大聲喧嘩，這衹是旅行中的一個小插曲而已。退房時把這個情況反應了一下，前台的小姐姐表示歉意，還送了伴手禮。另外酒店的停車場很大，對於自駕遊的朋友是一個不錯的選擇

晚上要玩拈花灣，家人不喜歡住民宿，就選到這家酒店，雖然是淡季，到晚上發現房間都住滿的，可見比較受歡迎。
設施：停車位比較充裕（見圖）車子就停樓下非常方便。總體設施都還比較新。
衞生：標準的管理，酒店房間乾淨，這也是不選民宿的主要原因啦。而且家庭房的衞生間，淋浴間，洗漱都是獨立分開的區域，很方便。淋浴門口還放個長凳，方便換衣服，設計很合理。
服務：前台接待熱情，辦理流程熟練，叫服務人員來調一下電視機很快就來了。服務人員都很專業。早飯有麪條，各種中餐，喝粥的話醬菜種類還挺多的，麪包也有。
環境：周圍雖然比較荒僻，但住這裏都是去拈花灣玩的，開車去拈花灣路上沒啥車，10分鐘就開到了，很方便。

出門在外，要的 就是一個開心就好，星程酒店就是旅遊入住最好的選擇！酒店接待大廳很有書香名苑的氣質，讓人很有回家的感覺！客服熱情，禮貌，很有耐心！房間乾淨，視野開闊！感謝前台客服′幫忙做的靈山大佛和拈花灣景區的攻略，遊玩時間很充實，玩的很盡興！其他朋友過來，可以提前在辦入住時和前台客服了解一下週邊景區！

去拈花灣住哪裡？搜尋了多個軟件評價，放棄了景區裡外的民宿，確實衞生標準是最讓人頭疼的。但是距離無錫市區又有50多公里，晚上看完演出再返回路途又太遙遠。於是就開始搜尋這個小鎮上的酒店，連鎖的至少服務衞生還有個標準。突然發現有個星程，作為華住會鉑金會員，秒定。到之前已經心理建設過了，要求不能太多。進店發現停車場很大，前台服務也很好，房間面積也不小，電視還比前一天住的蘇寧凱悦新一些。雖然晚上遇到水管爆裂的意外，但是酒店也在積極解決。如果有去靈山或者拈花灣的真的可以考慮這裏，看起來七八公里，但是路很好走，開車十來分鐘就到。

房間乾淨衞生，窗外是綠樹成蔭的學校操場，晚上非常安靜，早上起來聽着烏語，一天好心情。服務非常棒，主動送礦泉水路上喝，早餐豐富，停車方便，值得推薦！

這家酒店地理位置優越，門口即有公交站，乘坐88、89路出行十分方便。酒店門口還設有免費停車場，我們自駕過來把車停在門前非常方便。酒店離靈山大佛景區也很近，打車在20-30元左右。
房間內設施齊全而且很新。床鋪舒適，浴室衞生乾淨，Wi-Fi速度快、連接穩定。
酒店的工作人員也非常專業和友好。從入住到離店，他們始終保持着熱情周到的服務態度，為我們提供了許多實用的旅遊建議。
