"Absolutely fantastic, really great! I'm a local university student and I stayed here for two nights during the National Day holiday. The moment I walked into the room, I felt so happy. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, and the night scenery was beautiful. There are many shopping malls nearby, and the subway station is very close, making transportation convenient. Food delivery also arrived quickly. The owner was also very nice! I'll definitely stay here again next time I need a place to stay!"

"The location is excellent, and the high-floor view is quite good. The afternoon tea included in the Trip.com package was incredibly good value for money, I just forgot to take a picture before eating it. The room is quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The facilities aren't brand new; there's no high-speed hairdryer or smart toilet, and the power outlet next to the desk was a bit difficult to open. There's only one tissue box, placed on the vanity. However, these are minor issues and don't really matter; they're easily adjustable. What I found unacceptable were two problems. Firstly, the elevator shaft connecting the suspended lobby to the first floor constantly emitted a whistling wind sound, which was noisy and unsettling. Secondly, I'm not sure if the air conditioning system is old and ineffective, or if they're saving energy and haven't turned it on properly. I couldn't adjust the temperature or mode. Outside, the temperature was dropping fast, nearing zero degrees, yet even with the in-room AC control set to 28°C, there was still no airflow. I called the front desk, and it took an age for someone to arrive. They pointed a forehead thermometer at the vent, it beeped, and they claimed the vent was blowing 26°C, saying there was no problem and that this was the set temperature, controlled centrally by the hotel. The problem is, I had the whimsical idea to hold a paper-thin tissue up to the vent, and it didn't even flutter."

"This hotel is strategically located and very near Metro station which is about 180m away. Going to places of interest was convenience and easy using the metro station. There were a number of eateries in the vicinity. Thumb-up for the cleanliness and helpful staff. We have a good and relaxing 3 nights stay and will book this hotel again if we come back to Wuxi the next time.."

"Lovely time at Radisson Red Wuxi. The red and black theme looks really cool. Very nice of the staff to do a free upgrade for 1 of the 2 rooms booked as I prefer to be on the same level with my parents. Everything looks new and good. Rui Xiang deluxe studio room feel stuffy and warm at times because of the large glass panels but overall it was ok and manageable. The corridor was rather dark at night which i find it quite scary. Wish that it could be more brightly lit. Hotel is about 10mins walk away from nanchang street. Would definitely stay in Radisson red again when I come to Wuxi again."

"My sister, her children and I were on a trip, and a friend recommended Hotel Nikko. The location is superb; it's incredibly convenient to get around, with everything within walking distance or a short taxi ride. Upon check-in, we were given a complimentary room upgrade. Breakfast was great, satisfying both the adults and the children. The service was excellent and very prompt. To further accommodate us, they kindly agreed to a late check-out until 3 PM. Wuxi was wonderful, and we'll definitely visit again and choose to stay here. Thank you!"

"I was deeply touched by the warmth and hospitality of the Wuxi people. There was a minor issue with the room's air conditioner dripping slightly, but it didn't really affect my stay. The front desk manager was very apologetic and kept insisting it was their fault, promptly calling maintenance to fix it immediately. The lovely lady also offered complimentary breakfast and a beautiful souvenir. This trip to Wuxi, with its rich cultural heritage and beautiful cityscape, moved me beyond words. A heartfelt thank you once again to all the staff at Jinjiang Inn."

"The hotel's location is excellent; Nanchang Street is just across the road, and there are many dining options nearby. The hotel isn't huge, but we arrived in the afternoon and Customer Service 21 kindly upgraded our room for free, which made our stay even more comfortable. When we checked out, Customer Service 22 and 29 even gave us a small farewell gift, which was a lovely surprise. The only minor drawback is that the breakfast could use some improvement."

"This hotel is for staying with mother and baby. The play area on the first floor is really my daughter's favorite. She doesn't even want to go out to play. The room is also very clean, the service is very good, and the breakfast is very rich. I am very satisfied with this stay. The location is very good. I also walked to Chong'an Temple in the evening. It is very close. I will recommend it to friends who go to Wuxi."

"It was a great hotel. We stayed in a themed room, it is without a view. Kind of weird shaped but was good and served its purpose. The location is good and easy to get around. The air condition was not working so for hot sleepers it was a bit frustrating, other than that it was a good stay. Would recommend for the location, service and breakfast was ok."

After experiencing the pain of Suzhou Lavande Hotel, I am very satisfied with all aspects of Wuxi Youxiangjia. The hygiene, facilities, services, and environment are all excellent. It is also close to Taihu Lake Scenic Area, and the online taxi is only 10 yuan away. I originally came to listen to the concert and booked it, but I was unexpectedly attracted by the hotel. No need to say more, pictures speak the truth! Although the hotel told me that the hot water for bathing can only be used for 20 minutes and then wait for 30 minutes before using it, I feel that it is enough for several people to take a quick shower, and the water of the shower is very large, which is very powerful! Maybe in order to save electricity, the air conditioner will automatically turn off twice in the morning and afternoon, but you can turn it on manually! In short, I highly recommend everyone to stay here. I heard that it is the same company as the Crowne Plaza Hotel next door!

GGuest UserRoom was clean and big. Front desk staff were not the most friendly but the aunties at the buffet restaurant were super friendly and helpful! They personally made red tea with ginger for my mum as she wasnt feeling very well. To note that there isnt a proper lobby/drop-off area outside the hotel and staff do not help with luggages so if u call for a didi, it might cause some congestion and car honking at u if u need time to load luggages in the car. Overall, stay was generally pleasant and good for a 3d2n trip.

Choosing this hotel is definitely a good experience! I will definitely visit Wuxi again next time! Living on a high floor, it’s really a good experience to see the distant scene through the floor-to-ceiling windows! The elevator is very stable and fast! There are quacks in the room! It is very suitable for good friends to stay on weekends and holidays! But everyone should pay attention that many large landmark buildings will turn off the lights around 11 o'clock, so if you want to see a better city night view, it’s best before eleven o'clock! The facilities in the room are also really complete! Washing machines, kitchenettes, refrigerators, TVs, and everything else are available. Disposable utensils are also complete, and even laundry detergent is available! The bathroom is also separated into dry and wet areas, which is very hygienic and convenient! 3320660****The front desk lady was quite welcoming and patient, but here are some complaints. On our first day, the hotel's cleanliness left much to be desired. First, the tea leaves from the previous guest were still in the teapot, still warm (though we didn't use them, leaving them on the coffee table was a bit unacceptable). Second, the cups in the room hadn't been cleaned, with obvious stains from the previous guest's coffee or tea still dried on the sides (we usually bring our own cups, but we inevitably used them, which was quite disconcerting). I thought they'd be checked and cleaned the next day, but they still weren't. After our two-day stay, the room wasn't even cleaned or replaced after cleaning on the second day. Luckily, we brought our own, otherwise it would have been embarrassing to find out there was no paper when we went to the bathroom. 😅 Since the hotel also caters to restaurants, leaving the windows open after check-in is not recommended. There's a restaurant next door, which is loud with music during the day and smells of cooking smoke. My personal recommendation is that if you're traveling by car to Yixing, choose a hotel close to the city center. Most scenic spots are in the suburbs, and you'll need to take a taxi or drive anyway. There's no need to choose a suburban location for a one-time visit. Eating out is also inconvenient, and you'll usually have to drive over 20 minutes to the city center. The city center is more convenient for those who travel back and forth.

As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap. I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside. The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies. Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable. In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. GGuest UserI expected so much more from a place calling itself the GRAND Hotel. This was not even average (at best). Check in was not very friendly. The room had many issues, for example half of the lights did not work, so the room was very dark the entire time I was there. The Wifi was really spotty and was difficult to sign into. The bed was okay, had a so so sleep. To be honest I have stayed in far better places in Wuxi for a way cheaper price, but I was tired and did not want to complain or change rooms/hotels. I will say that I was very disappointed for the price. I only chose this place because of the tub and pool. The tub was ok and to be honest after seeing the state of the room I did not even bother with the pool. I figured if the room was not that great then they probably don't clean the pool well. They had ads for in room massage but it was not available that day (then why advertise all over). The Air Con was a joke, it did not cool well at all. The TV was ancient and I had to mess with the batteries to even turn it on. Check out was not that polite either. A couple positives, the bellboy helped me leave with my bags, and I can say that the girls at the morning breakfast were very polite and kind...but this is not their fault, the food was pretty horrendous. At least the coffee was decent and plentiful. Overall the rest of the staff made me feel like I was a big inconvenience while being there. My advice is to check reviews and get a WAY better hotel for elsewhere for far less money. I will not be back to this old, shoddy, dodgy hotel.
