The front desk staff proactively arranged a complimentary parking space. The room's internet speed was stable, and there was a small desk, which made working during the trip very convenient. Plus, there's a self-service laundry room and drying facilities, which is perfect for longer stays. The hotel is a quiet oasis in a bustling location; despite being in the city center's commercial district, the rooms are quiet and peaceful. The toiletries were high quality. The public areas were clean and spacious, and the staff were responsive. The transportation is very convenient, with a direct subway line to the train station. This is definitely my top choice for business travel, highly recommended!"

"Haven't been here in a year! Having adjusted my expectations based on previous stays, I actually found this visit quite good. If this were my first time, especially seeing 'luxury hotel' in the name, my expectations would be high and the actual experience might be disappointing. The mini-bar and complimentary water selection have been upgraded, giving it more of a luxury hotel feel. The quality of the steak at breakfast has also improved. The 'Jiangnan Feast' menu included in the package has been revised and is much better than before Chinese New Year, though the spare ribs are still very sweet. The butler team has also changed; the new staff are friendlier, and the service has significantly improved. Both floors have restrooms, but the one on the first floor was out of hand soap. 😳"

If you're staying for a longer period, I recommend the executive suite. It's very spacious and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, essential cooking utensils, and a washer/dryer. At night, you can enjoy panoramic views of Wuxi city."

"The newly opened Indigo Wuxi Qingshan Bridge really catches the eye with its design. It's in a fantastic location, blending tradition with modernity. The building's exterior is unique, with low-rise floors that deeply connect you with nature – waking up to the sound of bulbuls every morning was lovely. The interior design features bold, stylish color schemes and incorporates arched bridge structures. The room's bathroom and toilet are separate, with double sinks and a clear window view. The patterns and motifs beautifully combine Eastern and Western styles, feeling very modern and chic. The bedding was also incredibly comfortable; I slept soundly for both nights. Breakfast was abundant and healthy! Plus, the room key is a cartoon version of Wuxi's city landscape, which you can take home as a souvenir magnet – a truly charming detail."

"My stay at Yihua Hotel this time was quite pleasant. I was upgraded to an executive suite, which was a pleasant surprise. I really liked that the room was close to the elevator, making it very convenient for getting around. I generally prefer larger rooms that are also near the elevator. Xiao Wang at the front desk provided excellent service and even offered me a complimentary breakfast. However, my schedule was too tight, so I didn't get a chance to eat it; I'll have to try it next time. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's location is excellent – right by a subway station, which is super convenient. I will definitely book here again if I come back to Wuxi."
