Every staff is very nice and friendly especially the receptionist 邱苗 was very helpful in assisting me to get my backpack back which I’ve left in the train.
It can be better if they can have more activities available to join during the stay.

靈山精舍環境優美，有專門停車場，停車場旁可以進入靈山勝境，房間很好，乾淨整齊，服務人員服務態度也非常好，離店還贈送了精美書簽

房間不算很大，但整潔衞生，處處體現出禪意。早餐品種不算特別多，但體現了不浪費的原則，也是和整體風格一致。參加了特色活動聽大師講禪，頗有收穫。問前台拿鑰匙去二樓的抄經室抄一篇經，獨享一個人的清靜。

每次來靈山都會住這個酒店，可以從側門進靈山大佛，也有自己的停車場，酒店風格跟大佛很是符合，還可以預約抄寫經書，是一次心靈的凈化。

酒店非常好，從到達大門開始，整個入住安排就很放鬆，包括大堂環境、前台、房間，早餐等。最滿意的是，離大佛特別近，而且能坐景區電瓶車來回到酒店門口，從沒享受過這種服務，對長者很友好👍！千萬記得酒店前台有優惠票，超值的行程！！

服務很好，並不遜色於制式五星級酒店，可能是酒店建造的較早的緣故，有些設施沒有跟上，比如:衞生間的放手機的支架，淋雨間的淋浴器水流太細太強，用起來感覺像水刀。

酒店的地理位置非常優越就在景區裏，從酒店步行至靈山大佛景區也衹是五到十分鐘距離。酒店的基本服務配套還是可以的，雖然無法和正兒八經的五星級或奢牌民宿相比，但是對於這一景區來説性價比已經YYDS。這個季節的靈山勝境猶如花海，春色滿園。可以在房間點咖啡、小籠、素包這些小食送房，不錯👍

帶九月齡的小寶寶出行，特別提前和酒店溝通了合適的房型以及需求，酒店安排的很好。
工作人員無論是前台還是餐飲部的，都很親和、並且主動提供協助。
酒店在景區內，買了靈山大佛兩日票可以隨時進出，方便帶寶寶睡午覺。
另外就是，酒店開業時間雖久，但設施維護得很好，一點不顯舊。 這次入住和10年那次入住，體驗都可以打滿分。
