前台小姐姐辦理入住時就提到我是老客户，贈送了旅行套裝，服務還是一如既往的好，大床房有獨立的衣帽間，一下提高了調調，早餐感覺比以往更為豐盛

本來應該給五星好評的 房間的設施很不錯 性價比很高 可星期天早上看到一樓電梯門口一直到大堂放着這麼多的舊的床墊 嚴重影響了住客的觀感和出行 也嚴重影響了對酒店管理人員的管理能力的考量 這種類似換床墊的事情完全可以放在晚上加個班既不影響酒店的形象又方便交通運輸

3號晚上入住，酒店前台2名服務員，一名偏瘦服務員態度極差，語氣沖人，很傲慢，無錫女人脾氣真牛，4號早上退房也是，女的態度和晚上那女的一樣，傲慢無禮，這酒店怎麼評四顆鑽，就這服務最多3鑽，房間空調就是自然風，温度調不調都一樣

房間裝修有點舊，但還是很乾凈整潔，知道我帶孩子旅遊，給我提前準備了小孩子的用品，還提前給我放了泡澡的浴缸套，服務人員也很熱情，值得推薦（*≧∪≦）👍🏻
