You have to ask Ctrip to book. The phone is like you can't live in it. After you stay, thank the lady who led you to the room. More attentive. Secondly, in terms of hygiene, the two water plugs in the hot spring in the room were rusty and it felt like they would not be clean. The hot spring water flowing out contained some dirt, and the corners of the bathroom in the room were filled with black mold. Furthermore, in terms of facilities, the shampoo felt dry and my skin was peeling, even the conditioner was useless. There was no full-length mirror in the room. I didn’t experience the value of 1,400 or 1,500 a night, and I was told when I arrived that the water park tickets provided were only from 14:00-21:00. I regret not taking a photo

Except for the hot spring in the room, other hardware facilities and services are at the level of an All Seasons hotel. I'm sorry for the price of 2,000 a night. Will not come again!

房間很乾凈，服務很棒，看到我們有一個大孩子，第一時間就拿來一套浴品。從停車場到房間全程電瓶車接送，第二天退房也叫了車接送。早上一開門，門把手上就掛好了牛奶和小零食。為我們安排的房間正對文昌閣。私湯泡池在陽台，但私密性還是很好的。 小小建議，房間裏還缺一個電視機前櫃，可以放放東西啥的，畢竟空間還是挺大的！

房間很好，有地暖很舒服。温泉不錯有硫磺味道。早餐不錯，可以無限次免費去璟園古宅逛逛。預訂的中餐也不錯。值得再來。

酒店就在璟園古民居景區隔壁，住客可以從邊門進入，酒店後邊就是温泉浴場。酒店頗有特色，庭院房標配了室外温泉池，温泉温度合適，很贊。 美中不足是酒店早餐區管理有待進一步提高，用餐高峯期有點亂，最好還是需要讓客人有秩序用餐。
