房間很乾凈，最大的優點就是有私人停車場，這很方便，一般外面衹有大型酒店才有。小鎮離武夷山不遠，到高鐵站算很近了。追求性價比的可以考慮，畢竟住景區貴多了。

私人小賓館，衞生與設施肯定不能跟正式的賓館酒店比，衹能作為過路的歇腳點。但該賓館的休息環境也實在不行，十幾米遠就是鐵路，一夜過路列車無數，轟隆聲鳴笛聲讓人無法入睡，加上鋪蓋單薄，空調不致熱，夜裡冷得差點感冒。如果説鐵路是無法避免的，那麼空調與鋪蓋則是可以改善的。不過，小鎮子停車方便，倒是優點。

從網上搜到的武夷山的訂房訊息，老闆夫婦兩位長者很好👌，訂兩天可以到火車站免費接或送站。還會告訴顧客購物、吃飯如何避坑。如何去武夷山景區遊玩，很適合旅遊居住！

特別差，被子都是餿的，有點潤潤的，一股子味兒，根本睡不了覺，環境特別差，還不比網吧乾淨，在上面躺了一晚上起來頭髮都臭了，真的是一股味，沒住過這麼差的賓館，不值不值，就當花錢買教訓，還是洗浴中心好
