1. 首先表揚前台小單，還是有服務意識的，能溝通協調，一個女生也不容易。
2. 不過，房間頂多十幾平，加上陽台 20平左右，行李箱都沒地方打開。。可介紹頁面寫的 40 平，老闆你怎麼敢的啊？。。純屬被騙了。。。攜程都不核實就隨便寫的嗎？
3. 房間設施跟老舊快捷酒店沒區別。。太憋屈了。。
4. 早餐要不然就別寫含雙早了，白粥 包子 油條 鹹菜。。米粉咖啡還得收費 25 一份才提供，房間差成這樣，早餐還這麼差。。第二天去吃的時候基本都空了，做飯阿姨告訴我沒有了，因為有客人説了不吃但是來吃了，所以就不夠了。。？？？？店裡一共沒住幾個人，早餐一共沒啥東西，還能不夠。。真是生氣了，後來跟小單説完才又單獨買了點拿過來。。
5.位置太偏，不好叫車
6.茶園好看，但是房間容易進蚊蟲，晚上回來看見那麼大個蜘蛛在窗簾上，命都嚇沒了。。絲都快織到床上了。。
7.空調不好用，房間門不好用，浴袍第二天沒補充
總之，沒在節假日來住，這個價格完全與描述和實際不匹配。。這麼多年住酒店民宿，感覺被騙了還是頭一次

1：入住的聽雨房間，窗户對面是茶葉田，視野開闊
看得出來是裝修比較新的民宿
2：房間面積大，有一大一小兩張床，一家人出遊妥妥的夠。入住送果盤
3：電視機很大，至少有65 寸以上
4：民宿在一個村子裡邊，算豪華民宿了，價格的話國慶小長假漲了50%，算是比較有性價比得了
5：電器設施，還行，空調響聲不大
6：裏面有很多網紅元素
7：吃了一頓晚餐，還可以。早餐的話對比民宿來説算豐盛的吧
8：不好的地方：
有一扇玻璃門，對着二樓的陽台走廊，晚上有光，不利於睡覺
洗澡的地方，上廁所的地方都是玻璃門，對於朋友出遊不太友好
洗澡水温不穩定，會一會冷一會熱
窗簾衹能綁起來，不能拉開，沒有小提示
陽台走廊有很多小飛蟲
晚上走廊有響動還是有點影響，早起的話還算行

“老闆娘人美心善，超級隨和。每天的各類水果暢享是我的心頭好。再説説硬件軟件設施：工業奼寂與現代風格完美結合，除了有一個小泳池還能圍爐煮茶、燒烤、K歌……Oh～～每天的早飯我也超愛的，尤其是加了豬油的湯麪和米粉。另外黑芝麻糖餃也跟我的味蕾很match。還有還有這裏可以面朝茶園喝下午茶、吃飯，置身茶園中一步一景，空氣清新整一個上頭～～～～總之想遠離喧囂就給我選它選它！！！ （btw咱們棲茗距離篁嶺40min車程，距離市區15min）”

旺季來的，婺源很美，民風淳樸。所住的民宿是一棟四層樓，前面是一片漂亮的茶園，店家説這棟樓是去年落成的，很新！設施裝修設計能看出來都是很用心的，品質很好👍老闆和服務人員很熱情，服務及時周到，此次婺源之行很開心，有時間秋季再來玩，下次試試二三層的房間。

門口的茶園以外，自己家裡還有竹林和菜地！這不就是城裡人嚮往的生活嗎！！
住的當天我們三個人包場了！老闆娘還帶我們參觀了其他的房型，我衹能説，每一個房間都有佈置的小心思，簡約新中式，簡約不簡單。
早餐也是很豐富的，我們還自己做了咖啡🤪🤪。非常放鬆了！

真的是我的夢中情房，神仙民宿啊！提前就聯繫好我們問什麼時候會到達提前幫忙把空調打開！住了那麼多酒店第一次見到那麼用心的服務！必須點贊！！老闆姐姐漂亮大方，前台小妹妹温柔，有求必應！早上早餐也是特別的豐盛啊！包子油條雞蛋炒粉應有盡有！環境也好！附近全是茶田 沒人打擾！有個游泳池，孩子很喜歡玩！算得上我住酒店那麼多年挑不出任何毛病的酒店！必須五星贊！！！裝修也很好哦！對了，一到酒店就有冰冰涼的西瓜！真的特別感謝！以後每年都來！
