Overall good experience. Staff was able to provide warm and holistic services, especially the butler 景月娜. Location was good as well, easily accessible to all tourist attractions and facilities.

Very pleasant experience at Fu Rong Ge hotel. The overall service is nice and friendly, my room is clean and refreshing. The private host texts me for afternoon desserts everyday, and breakfast is also delicious. Definitely deserves a 5 star review for sure, and my host name is 景月娜. She deserves a raise :).

親子房很適合帶小朋友的家庭，有籃球框可以消耗孩子的體力😂，電視也可以點播兒歌和動畫，要不是不夜城吸引力太大，估計孩子就不想出門了
酒店地理位置絕佳，是去芙蓉園和不夜城的首選，鬧中取靜，環境優雅，古色古香很有長安的質感。兩側天井也很特別，在國內的酒店中並不多見，早餐豐盛，贈送的下午茶還有晚安甜湯也很貼心。
管家達瑞回覆和對應及時，每次提出的一些需求都能立刻應對，下次去西安旅行還會選擇芙蓉閣❤️

一年中第三次來西安，這次主要陪家人來看看今年央視春晚火爆的大唐不夜城，也選擇好多都是圍繞着不夜城的酒店，最終選擇了芙蓉閣，放棄了威斯汀酒店，主要還是會選比較新的酒店，酒店的前台服務一般，光選房就換了2次，但門僮服務值得表揚，無論是服務主動性與服務意識都是優秀的，為酒店的體驗加分不少！
