Hi Inn properties in Xi'an

This is the best hotel we have stayed in so far in China. We stayed at three hotels before this. I can recommend this is the best. The Xi'an train station is less than five minus walk, eateries are at walking distance. Most importantly the hotel staff and the service is excellent. They are very helpful and always have a smile. Even though we can't speak directly with them a smile goes far. The hotel staff is very helpful for everything. The room we booked had a queen bed and a double bed. Very modern and spacious room. Daily cleaning is perfect. Provided all the necessary items to stay comfortably. Free coffee and laundry service very helpful. You can take the metro trains or high speed trains very easily from the station. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi'an.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was very convenient. There were a lot of self-service facilities on the first floor, which was really handy. I accidentally left something in my room, and they contacted me very quickly – very responsible! Highly recommend!

The hotel belongs to Huazhu Hotels Group. It's new and very clean. What impressed parents most was the room design, which is perfect for families with children. All the furniture has rounded corners, a thoughtful touch that surpasses some five-star hotels. The toilet seat is heated, making even simple tasks like toileting very comfortable. The location is very convenient, close to the subway and near the ”Song of Everlasting Regret” performance (the performance is absolutely amazing, the stage design is breathtaking, you must see the second show, and definitely get a seat in the central area; it's best to get a VIP pass, otherwise the queues are incredibly long, and tickets must be booked well in advance). There's a good restaurant along the street that serves rice in wooden buckets and fish. My advice for traveling with children is to stay wherever you end up, avoid driving at night or rushing, and give your child enough sleep so they have the energy for the next trip. The hotel offers room service breakfast, and the price is excellent value for money!

Quite new equipped w/ elevators, washing machine, small pantry facilities. The hotel provides a lot of electric sockets including USB and type C formats. Registration is simple and fast. There are many restaurants and convenient shops next to the hotel. South Gate city wall, bell tower, drum tower and Muslim street are in walking distance. Metro line 2 and 6 just in steps connected me to other parts of the city.

Yes, the location is great. The subway station is just steps away, and there are shopping malls both in front and behind, making shopping and dining very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. The service was also very good; they responded quickly to any needs I had.

The price was significantly higher than usual during the Qingming Festival holiday. All the double rooms face Xiaozhai West Road, and even with the windows closed, you can still hear various traffic noises; those who are sensitive to noise should avoid these rooms. Furthermore, the irregular room cleaning was unbearable. I was resting in my room in the afternoon, half-asleep, when the cleaning lady knocked on the door, swiped her card, and came in to clean – I was really startled. I hope they can provide a ”Do Not Disturb” sign for the rooms to avoid startling people who are trying to rest.

Environment: The hotel is located more than one kilometer near Xi'an North Station, next to a business district, eating and shopping is very convenient. But the hotel signboard and entrance are not on the side of the road, on the side of the road, so the first stay is very difficult to find, there is also a stop from the subway station. Service: The waiter treats the guests politely and actively recommends the guests to upgrade the room type for free when there is a room available, and go out in the morning to give bread and milk Hygienic: The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom shower is slightly worse but acceptable Facilities: The room cannot be said to be old, but it is by no means very new. The sink is in the position of entering the door. When washing and bowing, I always feel that I have to hit my head. The shower is not easy to use either the shower or the handheld. It is either leaking or unable to switch. I changed the room to a little improvement but there is still a water leakage problem. The hot and cold water pressure is very unstable, and the hot and cold alternates, which seriously affects the bath efficiency.

The hotel is quiet and tidy as a whole, with good sound insulation and does not affect the rest at all. The front desk service is warm and professional, responsive, and makes people feel very warm. The location is easy to find, the travel is convenient, whether it is business travel or tourist accommodation is very suitable, the overall experience is full, I will choose here next time, and I recommend it to everyone!
