The service was very good when I booked the room on the first night. I added WeChat and was given a room with a view of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. However, it was too far to get in and it took a long time to walk. It was inconvenient with luggage. I went to Zhongwei for two days and left my suitcase at the hotel. After I came back from Zhongwei, I stayed there for two more days. The hotel room was really good. But the most surprising thing happened. I was too rushed on the first day and left a lot of luggage. A pair of shoes and a coat. I don’t remember if I put the coat in the room, but it was lost anyway. I didn’t find the shoes either. So I came back from Zhongwei and booked another two days. I asked the front desk about the shoes, and the front desk said to ask the cleaning lady for me. After a few hours, I found that I had indeed left them at the hotel. This is really strange. I didn’t ask because the clothes were a few hundred yuan cheaper. I asked because the shoes were expensive. So if I didn’t ask, did it mean that I wouldn’t return the things on my own initiative? I checked out and stayed in Zhongwei for two nights before coming back. No one contacted me during that time. Hotels that cost a few hundred yuan or a few thousand yuan should contact the guests to inquire as long as the things they left behind were not thrown into the trash can. Isn’t this basic?

The environment is very clean, and the service attitude of the staff is also very good, especially Xiaoke and Ziyi, who are very careful to answer and solve our problems. I went to the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps with my friends and wanted to find a good place to stay. I found it on Xiaohongshu, Zhiyin, and it really did not disappoint us. The environment is very good, with a great a**osphere. The room has a light fragrance, and the environment is clean and sanitary. Every lady has a very good service attitude, especially Xiaoke and Miss Chen Qiying, who specially picked us up on the road and helped us with our luggage.
