My family and I had a wonderful stay in this hotel when we visited Xi’an in March 2024. The Studio twin room we stayed in was bigger than our expectation and the kids loved it. Cleanliness is top notch. I’m really nit-picking here but I think it would be nice if there was an option for the bathroom blinds to make it darker for when you want to wake up late as the morning light could be a little disturbing. There’s a park next to the hotel with running tracks. There’s a mall about 2 mins walk from the hotel which has different food/restaurant options such as Burger King, KFC apart from Chinese restaurants. Our flight was rescheduled and was delayed a few hours. I requested for a late check out(beyond the regular late check out) they agreed without any hesitation. I have seen several hotels which look quiet impressive in the pictures but disappoint when you actually get there. This is not one of those. The hotel is as good as it looks in the picture if not better. Will definitely stay here again if I ever visit Xi’an again.

let me first start by saying this hotel was way above my exoectations. they have beautiful set up and the art is nice. I was blown away at the top notch quality service provided by this location. if I ever come back I would book again. Ann was very proactive with checking up on our needs and Klose Li helped us when we were leaving. room was spacious and relaxing as well.

I have stayed at JW Marriott Hotel Hi-Tech Zone many times. Of course, I was always received by Ann at the front desk. She is very professional. She always asks me about my special needs and arrival time in advance and prepares the room for me in advance. During my stay, she never forgets to ask about the occupancy of my room and gives me meticulous care, making me feel at home when I come to the hotel. At the same time, there is an independent space that keeps me busy and has a private leisure space. There are not many people in the hotel's swimming pool, which is perfect for swimming and fitness.

The overall check-in experience was very good, both in terms of hardware and software. Etta, who checked me in, was very attentive to my needs and arranged a very good room for me. Etta assisted me in handling any problems during my stay and was very patient. For me, who has high requirements for accommodation conditions, it was a very good experience. Great!

Charles Chen at the front desk was very friendly and kind. The guy who helped us with our luggage also introduced the hotel facilities to us. He was very friendly. The room was clean, especially the bathroom was of high standard. The toiletries were comfortable to use, and the fragrance in the lobby smelled very relaxing. There were four sets of towels, which were very clean and fluffy. There was a bathtub and a separate shower. And the details were handled very well - the mirror next to the bathtub and the mirror on the sink were heated and demisted, and they were very clear after taking a shower. The toilet was very clean, good reviews. The breakfast buffet has many varieties, freshly made noodles, and omeletstation, all of which are delicious. In addition to regular drinks, there are some hot Chinese health drinks such as red dates and lotus seeds, corn juice and purple sweet potato yam. A cup in the morning is very nourishing. We also used the executive lounge, which had afternoon tea and a good environment. It is on the 30th floor. The only thing that needs urgent improvement is that the hotel does not have robots and the number of plastic pillows is small. I hope it will be strengthened!
