This is a great place. Its the cleanest and most homely place I have stayed in China. Close to underground and up market supermarkets. The host is a great guy and really helpful and friendly . His arpar**ents are a work of art. I can recommend this apar**ent to anyone but particulary Westerns.

Really nice and cozy studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was very easy to communicate with Teddy. He speaks excellent English and he is extremely helpful. The apartment is very close to the subway and to the Southern gates. The check in process was very easy. There is a place downstairs if you need to leave your luggage. Overall it was a very good experience. Thank you

Loved the experience here so much! Not only the house was a cozy and warm rest from loud Chinese hotels, the owner has helped me so much with using Chinese mobile apps at the beginning of my trip. I'd give more stars if I could.

Really nice location, well decorated room. Landlord is very nice and welcoming. Going above and beyond to help us out.

Good location near the metro station and other sites. Local music played nearby at nights. Bed is comfortable.

This in an oasis for a Western guest. It's homely, well appointed, centrally located. Having supermarkets and tube stations close by makes your life much easier when your mandarin consists of"Ni Hao Ma". Teddy the host is a great guy, his English is impeccable. He's friendly without being intrusive. He goes the extra mile to help you. Would I recommend this place to others, You bet I would. He deserves the five stars.

Great amazing value, staying here was very comfortable. Close to amenities everywhere. There are 3 big malls surrounding the place. Walkable distance to bell tower / huimin street as well.

This place looks exactly like the pictures! It’s a close walk (~8 min) to the subway, and the owner is very helpful. There is heating and the shower stays warm for a while too!

This was the best hotel I stayed in in China! It would be possible to give more stars, I would do it. The room is clean, close to the metro, close to attractions. The hotel is on the same metro line as the northern railway station. There are many shops and inexpensive cafes nearby. The owner (Teddy) speaks English very well. He is very polite and always ready to help. Teddy explained to us over the phone how to get to the hotel, helped us check in and went with us to the police station to register. Free cookies, tea and water in the room. The room has very good household amenities. Expensive shampoo, shower gel, wet wipes. The toothbrushes are also very good. There is an additional sun lounger near the window, which is a nice place to relax. I recommend the room for check-in! If I go to Xi'an again, I'll stay with Teddy.

This is a very good 👍🏻 homestay. Although it is in a busy city, it is not noisy. Although the homestay is small, it has complete facilities and everything you need. There are many delicious foods nearby. If you don’t want to go out to eat, you can also cook in the homestay. The tableware is complete. In addition, there are bus stops and Yongning subway stations nearby, which is very convenient for travel. If you have enough strength, you can also walk in the city. We walked around the city wall to the nearby attractions. Fortunately, the weather was good, hot but cool.

I almost never give a negative review to a store. This is an exception. The boss is a retired teacher from Guangdong. He seems to be in menopause. He has a paranoid personality and treats customers as students. He must cooperate with him in everything. He is not suitable for this industry at all. There are restrictions on electricity use, and you have to change into slippers when you enter the door... We booked a room for two people, but my daughter said that she didn't have the key to the school dormitory and wanted to stay with us overnight. The landlord said that his bay window could accommodate one person. We arrived at the residence around one o'clock. We have to check in at 2 o'clock. The boss asked us to put our luggage in the room and come back in ten minutes. We can go in and see if Piao can stay. My husband walked two steps with his feet and was asked by the landlord to change into slippers. My husband said that the soles of his feet were It's clean. It's a maximum of five steps to the window. We'll come back later after seeing it. Even if it's dirty, we'll live in it. I'll clean it myself and you don't have to worry about it. The landlord is furious. He's worked very hard. The floor has been disinfected and won't be replaced. You can tell what kind of damage his house will be to the slippers. If we don't cooperate, he will force us to check out, throw our luggage out, lock the door, we call the police, and he comes back and takes our Carry your luggage in. The bed is a remodeled shelf, the appliances are all second-hand, the towels and slippers are not disposable, and open wires are everywhere. The deposit is 300 yuan.

It is very close to the subway station and has convenient transportation. The facilities in the room are quite complete. There is laundry and cooking. When you go out and turn right on the road, there are many vegetables and meat sellers. There is a Hema store at Nanshaomen nearby. It is very convenient to buy food. Yes, cost-effective, recommended.
