overall rooms are clean. however the toilet bowl always clogged. tobacco smell in the room. the cut the amenities in the room from 4pax to 3 pax on daily basis. phone in the room not working, so we need to walk to the reception to request for toilet paper and about the clogged toilet issue.

After comparing several hotels, I finally chose this hotel, which is close to the subway entrance. The lady and brother at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. The room has a window and is very quiet.
