The service here is incredibly attentive, and every staff member genuinely goes above and beyond. My stay was excellent, and there are plenty of dining options near the hotel, making the location fantastic. It's definitely worth recommending! I'll be staying here again on my next visit!

The room was very spacious and bright, a two-story duplex with a hot spring in the courtyard. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, or you can drive yourself. The service was very attentive and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The room had pleasantly scented aromatherapy. The breakfast was plentiful, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended!

Overall, it was very comfortable. The location is very close to Huaqing Palace, just a few minutes' drive away. There's ample parking, but on a hot day, you still have to get out of the car to check in. Checking in online would have been much better, which greatly enhances the experience. The complimentary hot spring tickets meant we stayed in the hot springs until late at night, but the villa area was less crowded, so we didn't disturb others. The only downside was the shuttle bus driver, who had to take us back to our room after midnight 🙈. The breakfast selection was extensive, with both popular and local specialties. The ingredients for both Chinese and Western dishes were of high quality. I would recommend offering a pre-ordering and room service, as having a child means someone has to stay in the room while the child is still asleep 🙃🙃🙃. I strongly suggest providing an electric scooter rental service! While the shuttle bus is convenient and responsive, I'd also love to experience the feeling of riding an electric scooter through Lintong at night, haha. Finally, a big thank you to our housekeeper, Xiao Li, the hardworking shuttle bus driver, and all the staff. We must dispel the myth that people from Shaanxi can't work in the service industry and let tourists experience the rich cultural heritage of the Tang Dynasty ❤️

The environment is great, and the service is even better. We were very satisfied with our trip with our elderly relatives. It's very close to the subway station, making it convenient to go to Huaqing Pool. The rooms are also very comfortable, spacious, simply decorated, and even have their own hot spring pool. The restaurant is also excellent. We will definitely come back again.

The booked hotel villa had some pleasant surprises, but also a few minor issues. The hotel service was a pleasant surprise; a WeChat group was created before we even arrived, making it very convenient to address any questions or needs immediately. The room facilities were satisfactory, but there were three shortcomings: first, the toilet downstairs had a clogged drain; second, the stairs lacked warning signs, causing frequent tripping; and third, there was a protruding nail on the stair tread, which cut my child's foot when we weren't looking. We mentioned this in the service group, and the hotel manager took it very seriously, visiting several times to inquire about the injury and even bringing medicine and a small gift to apologize. Overall, the hotel service was quite good, and I hope they can improve further and reduce these shortcomings in the future.

The bedding was changed after each guest and was generally clean, but the carpets, floors, windowsills, and bedside tables could be improved. Breakfast was light, but the service was excellent; they created a group chat beforehand to address any issues promptly. Thumbs up!

Lintong Treasure Hot Spring Villa! The environment of Hin Ju Court is quiet and private, and the independent experience is too comfortable. The facilities are new and complete, the hot spring experience is great, the rooms are spacious and bright. Butler service is very worry-free, hygiene is done well. Convenient location, easy to stroll around the scenic spot. The overall experience is full, the first choice for vacation around Xi'an, recommended!
