The sanitation is very poor. I don’t know that other rooms are like this. My check-in experience is very bad. I arrived at the store at nine o’clock in the evening. 我衹提四點
第一，窗户紗窗形同虛設，不敢開窗，否則進蟲子，還要到處抓
第二，衞生間沒有熱水洗澡，前台告訴多放一會兒，我想問問都放40分鐘還不叫多？
第三，吹風機已經老化了，發出來的聲音有氣無力
第四，續住打掃要多次催促

🌷🌷🌷這裏整體還是挺不錯服務超好，超出預期，非常贊地理位置，離地鐵站很近很方便，地鐵站附近好吃的很多，最後點贊一下最後一天幫忙辦理退房的前台小姐姐，服務態度很好，很貼心。不小心遺漏的東西什麼都會及時打電話聯繫了。服務態度特別好。很滿意。離學校很近也不遠。不管是打車還是公交都很方便的。大家都來體驗吧。下次來了還定這家酒店啊很温馨

挺好的，離visa體檢的醫院很近，走過去2min。西安站打車過來二十幾分鍾，酒店出門左邊走幾分鐘是2號線圖書館地鐵口，交通方便。房間挺乾淨的，設施齊全，前台小姐姐非常好，處理問題迅速。

一次非常糟糕的住宿體驗：開始訂的217元，到了服務員帶我去看房間，位於停車場後面的破舊房子，沒有電梯，由於我有行李，選了一樓，走進一看，衹有12個平方，非常潮濕，一股黴味，牆紙也是破的，當時説不出哪個滋味，衹得退出來無奈選有電梯的雙床房，補差價81元。
讓人無語的是：洗手盆是破的。空調破舊還發出嗡嗡聲音，根本無法開機入睡。拖鞋薄得像一層紙，一不小心就破了，我夫人差點摔倒。最讓人無語的紙杯還弄一個塑料袋套外面，住了這麼多酒店，來沒有見過。屋子還噴灑了空氣清新劑，太難問了，根本接受不了。當天由於我行李比較多，不好搬動，衹好將就，忍受煎熬了一晚。
唯一讓我舒心的是前台工作小妹，服務挺熱情的。尤其新實習的胖胖小妹妹，值得點贊👍。

總體評價一般，考慮是全國連鎖，安全有保障所以才訂的，可能是網上訂的房間跟線下的不一樣，我們住的房間沒有電梯直達，需要上到四樓，再下半層到三樓，房間也是老式裝修，衞生也一般。住了一晚就換了西安當地的酒店，看酒店評分也是很有用的。

房間非常乾淨整潔，環境也很安靜，很少會有吵動。房間裏的設施很齊全，配有免費的洗手液、洗髮水、沐浴液，每天會更換牙具，並且用於喝水的杯子都是包裝好的一次性紙杯。客房服務員工作認真負責勤快，會詢問房客房間內是否有需要補充的生活用具，如果房客告訴客房服務員不需要打掃該房客的房間，他們也會按照房客的需求不會進入房客的房間，會非常尊重房客。前台客服很有禮貌，每次見到房客他們都會和房客打招呼，並且給每個房間都贈送了兩瓶康師傅礦泉水；服務很周到，當房客前往前台問問題時他們會知無不言言無不盡，並且會告訴房客不需要直接去前台，房客衹需要在房間裏用座機按9（目前是按9）就可以聯繫上前台。總之，這次的居住體驗很棒很棒很棒，強烈推薦看到這條評價的正在尋找以及評估各個酒店的遊客選擇這家酒店哦！
