Staff were friendly and helpful. They bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. There are 3 social areas, two on the roof, which is fantastic. Washing machines and soap are also provided free of charge with outdoor space to hang up laundry.
The design of the bathroom could be significantly improved and seems like no thought was put into it. Upon arrival, the toilet door would not stay close as the magnetic strip was missing, and it couldn't be locked either. This was fixed the next day, so it was great for them to work on it asap. What blew my mind is that the glass they use for the shower and toilet is quite see-through, as you can see from the photos, so there was no privacy.

Everything was great from start to finish! I arrived early in the morning and was hoping to drop my luggage, but instead I was able to check in early and even got a room upgrade!
The staff are very kind and the amenities and location are great, much better than expected. Plus very good value for money!

Lovely room! Everything was really clean, the beds were nice and we loved the big bathroom. There are a lot of common spaces where you can chill or eat. They were kind enough to give us a free upgrade to a room with windows. The receptionist could speak English very well and helped us a lot. If you want to laundry, it’s free and detergent is included.
For the internationals: they offer a tour for the terracotta warriors with an English guide - transport and lunch included. It is a bit pricey but definitely worth it!

Room was very nice and modern. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided. Laundry room available for use - but no dryer. We were happy to hang out clothes.
Location was within walking distance to bell tower and drum tower, but not close to any metro station. Used Didi most days as a result.
Only downside was the air conditioning did not work, therefore we slept with the window open each night. View from room attached.
Building seems to be under renovation, but it did not bother us. We did not hear any loud noise.

I absolutely like the room. We are a group of 3 friends and the room is spacious for us.
Cleanliness is ok. They do replenish our tissues and water upon request. But they did not make up room.
Receptionists are quite helpful. We needed to leave at 5 am and they informed us that we could hail a taxi at the main street once we leave the hotel. And we managed to do that without any issues.
The location is quite a distance from the nearest train station. Walking about 10 mins. Quite a hassle if walking with luggages.
Everything is good, will come back again.

I stayed here a total of 4 nights: I booked forst 3 days, but then for a delay I added one more night. Overall, it was a nice place: the room was clean, the location was convenient (I could go to the center of the town in 10 minutes) and the amenities were good. However, I found that the towel was a little bit small and the absence of an elevators made difficult to move with the luggage. It was also a little bit hard to find the entrance, but the kindness of the staff helped me a lot. In general, I would recommend this hotel if you are staying a few days in Xi'An and you need to quickly see the walls, the bell drum and the Muslim quarters because of its price and position. Overall, I had a good experience and I slept well, so I think it deserve the maximum.

The room was not clean at arrival. The floor was dusty, the shower clogged and full of hair, and both bed sheets and towels had big rips.
After informing reception, they made sure to address the issues, but some towels in the next days were still ripped.
The biggest problem was that our window was broken and for winter a lot of cold air was coming in. This made the room extremely cold.
For the rest, the location is excellent, internet worked fine and the rooms were quiet.

Clean and comfy. Location 👍👍👍 locker is very big. Friendly receptionists. The problem is they dont have elevator, so you have to walk up the stairs with your all your stuff. Over all is good👍👍👍
