It turns out it's a chain, so you have to be careful which one you pick. I ended up going to one that is a little far thinking that I was booking one by the Muslim quarter. And although there is a subway station right there at its door, there is really nothing good to see around it. So, you have to ride the subway for at least 20 minutes to get to the fun places.
The staff are friendly, cleanliness is decent but it could be better. I like that they have water bottles everywhere for you to take. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The bed was really comfortable and so were the pillows. The AC worked fine and there was coffee and tea in the room. I think it's really good for the price.

An excellent hotel. Very close to subway and a very nice park (to run, walk or just pass some time). Main attractions inside Xian were nearby (4 or 5 subway stations). Room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good. Also, the crew was very nice and responsive.

房間大，乾淨。窗可以開。窗簾兩層，一層自動的。空調給力，調25晚上很冷，後來調26了。窗外可以看到長樂公園。兩大一小三個人住很不錯。電視，wifi 都有。充電插頭夠多。還有雷達，不過基本我住的12樓沒啥蚊子。礦泉水無限量供應，大氣啊。底樓還有免費酸梅湯，橙汁。16樓洗衣房也不錯。早餐品種夠多，中西都有，吃飽沒問題。
雖然我給了好評，但是也得説説缺點。1，洗手枱設計不是很合理，水能濺到床那邊的，所以都不敢開的好大。2，房間裏沒有體重秤。作為一個每天喜歡稱下體重的人，沒得稱很難受。後來實在忍不住，我偷偷去16樓那個稱菜的大秤上稱的。3，早餐的牛奶寫的是熱牛奶，每次倒出來都不熱。我一共住四天，前三天都是涼的，第四天我都不敢倒了……

是我們自駕甘南返程路上，住的很舒服和感覺到很温暖的酒店，首先進店就感受到前台小姐姐的關愛，遞上酸梅湯解暑，在辦理入住的前台工作人員很快速的辦理好手續，進入房間為房間裏的一系列洗護用品點贊，護膚乳、卸粧水、洗面奶、啫喱定型水，很少有店家考慮到這樣周全，房間的投影和吊牀很棒，在走廊還放置了備用礦泉水可以拿取，還有入住小果盤。酒店的早餐每天都不一樣，品種多，中西都有兼顧到，吃的很舒服。最温暖的是因第一天開車外出不知道酒店可以開免費停車票，就交了45元停車費，第二天退房時，那位在第一天給我們送上酸梅湯的前台小姐姐主動給我們免了一晚的加床費用，真的很點贊。推薦給大家這家温暖的酒店，讓我們的西安之旅感受到很快樂！給前台工作人員點贊！！！

放假帶家人過來玩的，最近西安的天氣太熱了，一進大廳小杜先是幫我們拉行李，然後給滿頭大汗的我們一行人倒了一杯冰涼可口的酸梅湯，遞給我們一次性毛巾擦汗，很貼心，讓我們特別感動了，又給我們介紹了周邊的一些旅遊景點和酒店的詳情，房間面積很大，給安排的靠近公園的，特別安靜，進房間後看到我們有長者就幫我們準備了泡腳桶，早餐口味也很不錯，説實話，隨手訂的房間真的讓人很意外，從前台小姐姐們的貼心，以及打掃衞生阿姨的熱情，我和家人們印象都特別好，我們也是很感動。對這家酒店的印象非常不錯，以後但凡是西安，肯定是首選這家店，

到西安玩住了兩天，首先停車很方便，有專門的停車場。再就是交通特別便利，小杜給我們房間做了免費升級，並告知我們大廳可以免費打印，也有洗衣房，房間住的很舒服，房間很乾凈整潔，還給房間送了份果盤，出去玩也會很熱心的提醒我們帶瓶水，外面天氣較熱，早餐和服務很不錯，酒店出去就是地鐵，坐三號線六站直接到大雁塔，最後一天因為西安車輛限行，六點半就要退房離開，前台提前幫我們給餐廳通知了，準備了打包早餐，下次再來西安會繼續住的！！

這次對於美豪體驗感太差了！窗邊桌子以及凳子把手上都是白灰，白天打掃衞生説稍等之後就沒有打掃了，晚上沒有幹毛巾，後來在濕毛巾換了之後讓拿兩袋速溶咖啡，説拿咖啡的人沒上班，咖啡鎖櫃子裏了，説第二天給拿最後也沒給。以及牀板一躺咕咚一聲，以為床壞了呢！不理解這服務行業是怎麼做呢？？？真的讓人很惱火！
