第一眼看到是美豪的牌子，所以才選擇的該酒店，進去挺嚇人，首先是身份證不需要一人一證，衹要一個人登記就可以；其次入住時沒有保安指揮車輛，全拼技術，等出去回來後就沒車位了，原因是酒店送貨的車佔了兩個車位，和前台溝通讓師傅挪一下時，一個穿西服衣服的類似值班經理的人説沒法挪，讓停到對面醫院收費停車場，需要自費，果斷跟她講預訂後台備註的就是免費停車，為啥要停到收費的？態度超級惡劣！訂房間時看到的是有帳篷，入住後什麼也沒有，問的着急了説是，帳篷特別小，衹供2-3歲小孩玩！唉！馬桶不上水，床單被罩是臟的，再三要求下客房阿姨給換了被罩，後來發現窗簾下不來，讓工程師傅修了半天窗簾衹能下一節，馬桶修了老半天也沒修好，還教我半天怎麼沖水！也是醉了，馬桶不上水的事，以為我不會沖水！可笑吧！特別無語，累的躺下準備歇會吧，床頭還有血跡，唉！所以衹能換房，折騰半天真的是太累不想換酒店了，但真的是氣到吐血，不想給攜程找麻煩，也不想再折騰了！換了房間後更有意思，不過馬桶至少上水沒問題，半夜一個男士打過來電話（房間內線電話），告知對方打錯了後還在打，然後忍無可忍的給前台打了電話，讓查一下是什麼人為啥要往我們房間打電話，給一個回覆！退房也沒見個回覆！洗個澡吧，淋浴噴頭還是壞的，算了，塞個杯墊湊乎沖一下吧，洗漱完居然沒有梳子，算了，還好我們自帶！唉！空調不製冷咱先不説，這能住嗎？算了，不寫了，不吐槽了，累了！太鬧心！

因為環境不錯住了很多次了，但是感覺越來越不行了，房間的椅子感覺都快散架了，毛巾衹有一條，沐浴露是空的，洗髮露也快用完了，要把瓶蓋打開倒出來才行。

來西安出差，選擇這家酒店性，地鐵很方便，首先電話諮詢就感受到服務熱情，工作人員很有耐心，指引我怎麼到達酒店。到酒店辦理入住時立馬遞過來了一杯紅棗茶，好暖心。門口保安看到行李還問我需不需要送房間，很不錯。有洗衣房、健身房，不錯的。樓層打掃衞生的阿姨還主動幫我指引房間。房間衞生乾淨。早餐不管是品種還是口味都非常棒。走的時候跟前台打招呼，又送了我瓶水，給我指引去車站。必須點贊，以後來西安就住在家了，特別舒服的一家酒店。

非常不錯的一次體驗，強力推薦這家酒店。從我踏入大堂的那一刻起，我就被其獨特的氛圍和優雅的設計所吸引。接待人員非常熱情細心，看到我的行李比較多主動幫我送到房間，入住的房間寬敞且設施齊全，乾淨整潔。酒店還有免費洗衣服務，幫我把衣服洗乾淨烘乾送回房間，特別貼心。早餐種類豐富多樣，餐品非常適合我的味蕾。下次還會選擇這家店，棒棒噠。

第一次過來西安出差，選擇這家酒店性價比很高，首先一進大堂就感受到服務熱情，立馬遞過來了一杯暖茶，瞬間心情好了很多伴入住的小姐姐人美聲甜，看到行李還問我需不需要洗衣服，很有眼力勁兒。可以免費洗衣服，烘乾送到房間太貼心了。樓層打掃衞生的阿姨還主動幫我指引房間。房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨。早餐不管是品種還是口味都非常棒，很符合我的味蕾。走的時候跟前台打招呼，又送了我兩瓶水，服務太細節了。必須點贊，以後來西安就住在家了，特別舒服👍🏻

酒店雖然叫鐘樓店，但是距離鐘樓很遠，需要坐幾站地鐵才可以到鐘樓，有些誤導遊客，衞生間和洗澡間非常贓，水龍頭接出來的水又黃又差，還有雜質，晚上住在六樓會有很大的下水聲音，很吵，服務員説是六樓居民住户的原因，酒店價格確實很便宜，對得起這個價格，希望能把衞生和服務搞上去！

出行方便，離地鐵站衹有300多米，去哪都方便，店內服務不錯，餓了有小吃可以先墊吧墊吧，環境也還不錯，早餐比較簡單

酒店位置不錯，在地鐵口附近，比較方便。房間的話面積也大，設備也都不錯。唯一不好的就是衞生問題有些差。房間桌面，床的邊沿都是浮塵，較為嚴重的洗手枱邊沿以及內部多處泛黃的類似茶漬。其他都還行。希望改善一下衞生問題吧～
