The hotel is located within the Third Ring Road. I checked in at about 12 am in a pet-friendly room. When I checked in, I told the front desk guy that I needed to check out at 4 pm and he said ok👌 (the whole first floor is a pet room, the price is higher than the ordinary room. The hotel responded that there is a 100 yuan cleaning fee) I think the price is OK, mainly because you can bring your pet. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room and the smell of air freshener is particularly strong. I won't say anything about these. When the air conditioner is turned on, the sound is like a tractor. Doesn't the hotel do regular maintenance? Later the hotel changed my room and I was told that I had to change the room card myself and their service attitude was extremely bad (first of all, I came to stay in the hotel, not to provide services for your hotel). After changing rooms, the air conditioner became quieter, but I don’t understand why you charged a cleaning fee for each room and why there was a lot of dog urine in the room (see Picture 1 and Picture 2, and there was also urine on the curtains. I wasn’t mad at this time). At about 12:30 in the morning, my husband and I took Curly to take a walk downstairs. At the corner of the elevator, we met a large German Shepherd, which weighed about 130 pounds (approximate appearance, see Picture 4). The owners were a couple and couldn’t hold back his dog (Picture 3 is my little Teddy Curly). The large German Shepherd walked towards Curly (Curly was a furry child who had never seen the world. He had never seen such a big dog and was so scared that he couldn’t walk on the spot). After my husband picked up Curly, the German Shepherd ran towards me. Fortunately, his owner held him back (the hotel corridor was very dark at night and it was really scary. If I hadn’t walked close to the wall at that time, I might have said hello to the German Shepherd). ) So I want to know why the hotel allows large dogs to move around in public areas even though it knows that large dogs are prohibited within the Third Ring Road? If a large dog really pounces on someone, will the hotel have emergency measures? I think every pet needs to show its ID and vaccination record when checking in. If a cat with ringworm gets on the bed, can it be transmitted to humans? I really don’t understand why the hotel has to knowingly break the law. Around two o’clock the next day, the front desk called me and told me that I would need to pay a room fee of 50 yuan for a one-hour delay in checking out (I had already informed the front desk that I would check out at 4 pm when I checked in, and the front desk also said that it was no problem. They are just going back on their words). After checking out, I took the parking ticket and left the parking lot, but the property security guard told me that the hotel required me to pay the 63 yuan fare myself. I was speechless. The hotel employee looked at the personal information on my ID card and called me to ask me to give a good review instead of a bad one. Thank you so much. This is the first time I’ve stayed in such a bad hotel. I hope you close down soon.

The hotel front desk service attitude is very good. It is 3 kilometers away from Dayan Pagoda and Tang Dynasty City. Breakfast is provided, mineral water is provided free of charge, there are afternoon tea and fruit, and there are supper in the evening. Check-out is also late! The location is convenient, and the TV Tower Station on Metro Line 2 is a few minutes' walk away, making it convenient to get around. The front desk lady is beautiful and has a good attitude. She gave me free breakfast for a few days. The room is super big, and the night view of the TV Tower is beautiful.

The whole family traveled and booked 2 double rooms. The front desk lady upgraded us to a 2.4 king-size bed room for free. The room types are all large 50-square-meter apartments. The hotel is spacious and comfortable. The front desk provides emergency cold medicines, raincoats, and apple snacks 🉑 for free. Free self-service fruit snacks are provided from 2pm to 6pm and 8pm to 10pm. During the May Day holiday, this kind of service is not available in other hotels. Unlimited free Master Kong mineral water is placed in the corridor of the room. The child saw the yellow duck theme room and insisted on coming. First of all, it was dark when entering the room. You couldn't see anything. The lighting was too dim. Even with all the lights on, it was still dark. That's fine. The basic hygiene of a hotel is really poor. The cigarette ashes from the previous guest were still in the bathroom, and there was ashes everywhere on the table and the floor. The hotel's breakfast was also average.
