暑期，將近500的房價，我覺得不值。剛洗過的一大堆還滴着水的被單床罩直接曬在卧室裏，進去看一眼心都涼了。地板磚有破的，必須繞着走 怕傷到腳，房間在一樓，倒是沒有外面的噪音，房東把陽台和房間打通了，有個下水管在室內， 估計是樓上的空調排水管 24小時滴滴答答，給房東反映沒結果，睡眠不好的很慘。淋浴沒有隔斷，洗過澡整個衞生間濕的很容易滑倒。還好衹呆了兩個晚上。優點，離地鐵近，小區附近餐館吃飯的地方很多。
