這家酒店住着非常舒服，房間設施齊全、乾淨衞生、環境優雅，風格簡約大氣！酒店工作人員非常專業，最主要的是服務態度超級好，無論是預訂房間或者我們提出的其他需要協調的問題，都能耐心解答和有效處理！早上我計劃出門辦要事，結果因暴雨遲遲叫不到車，後來求助酒店工作人員，他們想盡辦法幫我及時叫到了車，最終沒有耽誤安排，特別感謝酒店工作人員！服務態度一級棒！圖片沒來得及拍，現場環境與網上圖片一樣，都很好！

一進店就要求客人辦理會員卡，並且收取219元的辦卡費用，並且三番五次打電話要好評，平常不喜歡給差評但是這次例外

我在這家酒店住宿的體驗很棒，服務態度非常貼心，酒店的客房乾淨整潔，設施齊全，房間面積大，而且客房的大姐，見到我熱情的打招呼，也很有家的感覺。前台的小姐姐，很用心，因辦公需要打印文件，特意將酒店辦公的打印機，共享使用。地理位置距離西北大學（長安校區）很近，強烈推薦。
