很中肯的評價：
1⃣️.***
2⃣️.6樓沒電梯要慎重考慮。加上對門鄰居的地上也不知道整的啥，總之很噁心。
3⃣️.第五間卧室單獨在樓上，有張小床也就衹能看看。加上房東新安裝上下鋪，屋裡都是新傢俱味道。有等於沒有第五間卧室。
4⃣️.房間的衞生如果按酒店星級的話，三星級標準吧。
5⃣️.晚上23:00後就不能有啥動靜了，鄰居會投訴。
6⃣️.地理位置就更尷尬了，大雁塔和鐘鼓樓哪個都需要半小時以上的車程。啥啥都不挨着。
7⃣️.房東要求客人帶走所有垃圾，刷好所有使用的碗筷，雖然他不説我們也會收拾，但是聽他説出來，真的很彆扭。
看到房子的第一時間，想找房東協商退後兩天到三天的房子，咋商量賠償都不行。
總之整個西安行，這個房子太堵心了。
如果我這個評論被屏蔽和下架了，我會打12306熱線投訴途家品牌。

老闆太熱心，給我們準備了豐富的早餐和水果，讓我們一大家13人免去到處覓食的麻煩！房間乾淨衞生，可以做飯，特別適合我們這種一家出去旅遊的。位置也好，就在西安的市中心，非常方便，下次還來這裏。

房間乾淨整潔，娛樂項目多樣，小孩大人都有活動，適合親子和聚會，小小朋友看到孔雀都捨不得睡覺了，和朋友們一起喝喝茶聊聊天看看大幕，很是愜意

房子挺大的，樓上樓下住的真心不錯，特別是他家有2個露台，一家人晚上在露台自己動手Diy烤肉，喝個啤酒🍺看着滿天的星星，生活有時也如此愜意。房東服務也挺好，第二天去兵馬俑旅遊還給我們全家人免費贈送了兵馬俑導遊講解服務還有博物館耳機，真值。
