房東很熱心，提供附近美食等諮詢。房子設施齊全有燃氣可做飯。出小區院右邊200米就是地鐵9號線，去西安市內或秦皇陵景區都很方便。
小區內有停車場，收費也不貴，8小時收3元。

進來房子果真是很棒，瞬間覺得很幸運，房東説我是這個房子的第三位客人，好幸運。這麼好的房子被我遇到，房東更是給我介紹了當地的好吃的。這個離奧特萊斯也很近，我順便給我淘了幾件衣服，開心開心。（忘記説房東還給我推薦了長恨歌，總之就是絕絕子。推薦推薦推薦）
