The hotel stay was great, and Melo at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I'll definitely choose Hyatt Hotel again next time I visit Xi'an.

Excellent, consistent Hyatt quality as always. From check-in, I could feel the standardized service, and all the staff I encountered along the way greeted me politely. The room size, facilities, and layout were all quite satisfying. Most importantly, Hyatt's dining is truly excellent, and the executive lounge offerings are top-notch among hotels of the same caliber.

The lady at Hotel Mio provided excellent service; she helped us with a late check-out and even gave us a gift. The hotel environment is great in every aspect, and staying at this garden hotel was very relaxing. Overall, a good experience!

This trip, I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Xi'an. The location is excellent, very close to Xi'an Grand Tang Lotus Garden and Datang Everbright City. A big thank you to Melo Zheng Jiano, the Assistant Front Office Manager, for the warm service. Check-in was efficient, and the room assignment was just right. The hotel breakfast was also quite rich. It's definitely the top choice for families traveling with children!

I contacted Cindy before checking in, and she arranged my room in advance. Her service after check-in was very thoughtful, with prompt responses and a strong understanding of my needs. She accurately grasped my requests and handled things professionally and reliably. It was a very comfortable experience overall, and I'm extremely satisfied! The hotel's location is excellent, and the in-house restaurant service is also superb. The hotel is right by Nanhu Lake, making morning and evening strolls around the lake very enjoyable and relaxing.

Hannah provided excellent service; the room she arranged was perfect, making my stay so comfortable that I extended it for two more nights. The environment here is superb. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose Hyatt again. Both the service and the aesthetic are top-notch. Looking forward to seeing you again on my next visit!

Hotel service quality is always top-notch. They communicated with me in advance and my personal requests were promptly met. The hotel is located in a quiet spot within a bustling tourist area. The room was spacious with a sensible layout and well-functioning facilities. Both the lakeside restaurant and the breakfast experience were excellent. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it.

For my trip to Xi'an, after some comparison, I chose the Hyatt Regency. It's right next to Qujiang Lake Park, which was fantastic for traveling with kids. We stayed for five days and four nights, and the schedule was very relaxed. We could even take an evening stroll in the park when we returned. The park has quiet and active zones, plus little bars and coffee shops – it's quite charming. The hotel staff were all incredibly warm and helpful, assisting us from the moment we arrived until check-in. The breakfast was quite diverse; the Chinese options were more abundant, while Western choices were fewer. However, for those of us with a Chinese palate, especially for pastries and noodles, it was excellent. They also had a good selection of Xi'an local specialties. Even though the dinner at the Grand Club Lounge was described as a light meal, it was actually quite generous – definitely enough to fill you up. We could also order Xi'an specialty food delivery from nearby restaurants, and the staff were very prompt in bringing it to our room – full marks for their excellent service! The taxi experience was also great; we could usually get a taxi and be on our way within three minutes of arriving at the lobby. The doormen also helped open and close car doors. Overall, it was a very comfortable travel experience, and both the elderly and children were very satisfied!

This time I brought my family to Xi'an for a trip, and the room had a fantastic view. Mio patiently helped us arrange an extended stay and even gave us a discount. Thank her for her excellent service. We'll definitely come back to Hyatt next time if we have the chance!

Rosie's service was very thoughtful; she even gave us complimentary welcome fruits upon check-in. She was very polite and always served with a smile. I've stayed here several times, and the hotel's decor is excellent, the environment is elegant, and the room hygiene is impeccable.

My stay was excellent, and I particularly want to thank Cindy, the duty manager that day. She was highly professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Her great service awareness and professional approach helped me resolve issues like extending my stay and late check-out. I had a fantastic experience.

After much comparison, I finally booked this place, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The room was exactly my style – clean, hygienic, and very spacious. The staff in all departments were very enthusiastic and helpful. The oil-splashed noodles for breakfast were also delicious. My two-day stay here was absolutely worth it.

Mio specially arranged a room with a balcony for us, which had fresh air and a great view. The service was incredibly attentive; any questions I had were answered and resolved immediately. Food delivery could be brought directly to the room. The hotel's location is also very convenient for visiting attractions. It was a great experience! Qujiangchi Park is right next to the hotel, and the surroundings are lovely.

I checked in quite late and there weren't many rooms left, but Hannah was incredibly flexible and arranged a room with an amazing view. It really made my stay, and I had a fantastic rest. The hotel environment is also great; I highly recommend the gym and pool.
