Every time I come to Jiaxing, I stay at this hotel. Good location, nice buffet, the staff is very friendly.

Well to begin with we spent the whole night out so after entering the hotel exhausted at 4'00am I expected a quick check in I didn't mind them checking and rechecking our passports but not only did they take a looong time in that but even after sending us to our room and we just put our head to rest the reception had to come knocking at 5'00am asking about our passports again like they even printed them downstairs so did she have to come check them again and what pissed me off more is that maybe the hotel or a nearby building had some sort of demolishing work or something of the sort because at 8-9 am they started working with machines and loud noises wich ruined the whole purpose of our stay because we just wanted to sleep a bit before going back to our university

The location is the best thing about this hotel. Lots of landmarks within walking distance and some others reachable by subway. The staff was really nice although they didn't speak English. The cleanness could be improved and even if the rooms feel kinda old, the amenities are ok.

房間超讚，寬敞明亮，有免費的停車位，距離地鐵口特別近，吃飯出遊都很方便，帶長者孩子過來，真的是不二的選擇，最主要的，房間超級大，真的特別舒服，對於經常帶家人出遊的人，真的是強強強烈推薦

位置很好找交通便利，酒店設施很齊全，房間乾淨整潔，晚上很安靜住的非常舒服，前廳人員服務態度很好，個人覺得性價比很高，價格在周邊也不算貴，沒有讓人失望，強烈推薦！！

酒店是前一天晚上將近12點臨時在攜程上選擇的，看圖片感覺性價比還可以，並且將近200元的價格在西安北郊並不算是廉價酒店了（畢竟對標同一天的華住你好酒店，僅僅隔了一條街道，價格相差10元以內），但是具體住下來體驗極其糟糕。
房間裏蟑螂非常之多 衞生間潮潮的 早上起來上廁所 馬桶上 水池裡都是蟑螂 至少十衹以上，起來上廁所的時候沒開燈 感覺是被咬了，和被蚊子咬了一樣起的小包， 和前台反饋多次，他們經理沒上班，最後加的經理微信説是退一半的房費然後換個房間。
接受了，最後下午退房的時候，前台説衹退原價一半的房費（也就是少退五十元左右），還要求我取消攜程訂單 ，在他們酒店的前台進行付款，與其同時，酒店前台瘋狂甩鍋，擺出一副就是他們也無可奈何的姿態，説是沒有辦法在攜程平台上，進行退一半房費的操作，衹能讓我取消訂單，在前台付款房費原價一半的費用。結果，我給攜程平台打個電話，前後五分鐘，就把問題解決了，反倒是前台的態度十分令人反感。我對他們有訴求是，動不動就是和別的客人説幾句，接個電話，把我晾在一把邊，真的有種店大欺客的感覺。
以下附上酒店蟑螂的圖片，補充一句，真是難得在北方見到蟑螂，並且，酒店經理上來接電話就把問題甩給社區，説是社區防蟲防疫部門的問題，作為經理，可以説是毫無擔當。並且，我上午八點多去向前台反映問題，前台説他們酒店經理平時10點多11點才上班，真是令人萬分感慨。而且最有意思的是，經濟給我電話，説自己今天不上班了，明天才來。西安酒店經理的工作如此清閑嗎？？？？？？而且偌大的酒店，一個面對面説得上話的話事人都沒有，更是令人唏噓不已！！！！！
