The service of this hotel is truly outstanding. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly staff mr.Zhang.The concierge was extremely helpful in providing detailed information and suggestions. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the room clean and tidy. The waitstaff in the restaurant were attentive and professional, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The front desk staff were efficient and courteous, handling all inquiries and requests promptly. Overall, the service here is top-notch and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with exceptional service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The staff mr.zhang ang ms.song was incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel's location is also great, with easy access to many attractions. Highly recommend!

Location of the hotel is quite far away from most of the tourist sites and thus not suitable for sightseeing travellers. That said, the hotel is priced very reasonably and the room is smartly furnished and clean. The only complaint perhaps is the unfriendliness of the hotel staff who took a very passive and indifferent attitude in dealing with guests.

來旅遊的，住的挺好，玩兒的也不錯。整體給人給我留下了很深的印象。早餐還可以吧。畢竟。58元也不貴，小童還半價呢。酒店人很多，人氣很旺。表揚工作人員小張小王。客房收拾的也很乾凈，very verygood

看過評價，懷着忐忑的心預訂了，國內外也住了些酒店，對酒店要求高但不苛刻，這次瑾程住的還是很滿意，一般我都不太寫評價，之所以這次會寫，是因為看到評價裏説的跟我見到的有差，禮賓、前台、客房服務人員是真的個個笑臉相迎，會主動問候並幫忙拿行李、會送外賣（機器人）、前台人員也很熱情，客房服務阿姨態度也很好，很負責任，重點：房間乾淨，我訂的是温馨大，前台張桐小哥哥給我升級了一個浴缸大床房，房間面積超大，衞生間無異味，隔音也不錯，新中式的裝修風格讓人眼前一亮。酒店停車場乾淨，並且車位足量（首先你要找對地方），住店是免費的，出入很方便，旁邊有個商場，唯一讓我覺得有一點不足的就是早餐比較簡單一些。

第二次住了，早餐比上次有提高，有肉丸胡辣湯，味道挺好的，就是肉丸有點少。
服務：工作人員都很熱情，尤其是有位男工作人員叫小張的，態度熱情，有耐心，非常好。

遇到五一，所有酒店的房間都在翻倍的漲價
相對來説，瑾程的漲幅相對小一些
