Maybe because this is a special room, it is the worst room type in the hotel, so it gave me such a poor living experience... So, my suggestion is to ignore the room itself for the sake of the environment and to take pictures. Either book the best room, more than 5,000 in the peak season, and there will be no bad feelings like me. After all, more than 2,000 is not a small amount. In Gannan, many people work part-time for a month. I don't think this room is worth it.

〈酒店判官〉——入住的第二天19:00靜下心記，有些想説 一、優點✅ 1、環境優美。民宿位於草原上，四周環山，視野開闊，環境這一塊十分優越。 2、茶葉茶具準備充分。民宿貼心準備了茶葉，茶具也頗具質感，沿海來的我們很滿意。 3、加濕器錦上添花。從蘭州開始環甘南線自駕，期間住了七八間的酒店，是第一家有加濕器的民宿，好評，不適應乾燥氣候的我們太需要了。 4、免費升級房型。感謝民宿的慷慨讓我們用七百多住到了兩千六百多的房型，還是兩晚。十分感謝！ 5、房間極具設計。剛打開房門的那剎那有被驚艷到，外觀看似普遍，內部極具設計感，櫃子、榻榻米、吊燈……都統一風格，椅子上的羊皮柔軟舒服，床鋪也十分舒適。 6、入住前打掃用心。民宿有特意放置洋葱等去除房間異味。 7、管家解決問題的速度特別快。剛提出問題就來！ 8、基礎的服務到位。幫忙提行李、早餐都能準備好，早餐提供的種類豐富（玉米、山葯、雞蛋、水果、稀飯、牛奶、榨菜）、可口，是自駕至今最豐盛的。 二、缺點✖️ 1、房間內細節不夠嚴謹。 （1）有一些蒼蠅、蟲在玻璃旁飛來飛去，入住時就有。 （2）民宿的浴缸不能使用，民宿在攜程的介紹頁寫着能使用的設施包括浴缸，詢問之後告知不能使用，並且橫在浴缸上的木板還放置着一次性浴缸使用罩，這就有點誤導住客，產生落差。 （3）民宿的馬桶得掀開儲水槽的石蓋按壓才能沖水。 （4）淋浴的水流偏小 2、餐廳的服務有提升空間。 （1）入住當天由於自駕五個小時來到民宿十分疲憊，在來的旅途中已經在期待這麼精緻的民宿午餐是如何的可口，到達之後由於有其他較多自駕的客人入住，以忙不過來為由，建議我們去附近的鎮上吃（都接待了這麼多不差兩人吧）；下午依舊提前詢問有沒有晚餐，得到的答覆依舊是忙！不！過！來！（有沒有一種可能，就是説既然都準備這麼多四十幾個人了再多準備兩個人也應該不為難吧）。 （2）第二天中午午餐後事先詢問了午餐的費用是要現場結賬還是可以等到退房時一起結算，得到的回答是都行！（就選擇了退房時一起結算）下午來了兩個服務員上門告知不能退房時結算，如果需要掛帳要提供身份證？？？（大概這麼個意思）住客難道還會賒賬不退房開車逃單，給人印象服務混亂，沒有統一的標準，自己服務的失誤住客承擔。 （3）午飯時詢問“酸奶多少錢”（原話）服務員並沒提前告知價格，直接端上（因為我們本身愛喝酸奶沒由過多的詢問）價格在結賬上才知道28。 （4）（此條是對民宿的疑惑畢竟菜單上沒有也不勉強）來甘肅十多天吃牛羊肉也膩了，想在民宿簡單的吃碗麪換個口味，詢問後也沒有。（因為我們吃火鍋有看到配菜裏有面所以想説能不能簡簡單單煮個麪）既然有面、有湯、有青菜那把這三樣食材放到一起煮能變出什麼猜猜看。 3、客房服務欠缺 （1）入住的第二天沒有清理房間。我們在民宿休息了一整天也沒人來哪怕幫忙倒個垃圾。 （2）沒有飲用水提供。寫點評前是有再去核對了一下酒店提供的物品，是有飲用水的，兩晚都沒有。 三、總結 在外觀上夏河阿米貢洪牧場民宿是很棒的，有着得天獨厚的地理優勢，是我們在沿海城市工作之餘逃離的首選目的地。但在服務上還是有不足尤其是餐廳那塊，服務員看着年輕，也相信是能做好的，怎麼做，標準是什麼……還需要有人再帶領，服務上民宿能保證基礎的部分，而個性化的提出上缺乏靈活性，環境優越，服務跟上方能錦上添花！希望民宿能越做越好，做大做強，成為桑科草原上一塊最靚麗的招牌！ ——來自一個熱愛旅遊住客有感精心寫下而髮針對此次住房體驗僅代表個人觀點
