前台服務有點莫名其妙，在房卡的使用問題上給旅客帶來不必要的麻煩。其餘方面就是快捷酒店的平均水平，不太好也不算差。

很乾凈，交通很方便，門口到哪的公交車都有，火車站，會展中心，還有去鼓浪嶼輪渡碼頭。衹是空調聲音大點，

呵呵，有窗的大床房？窗户就這樣，還打不開悶的要死。。
床上有蟲子。。
這個酒店房子偏老，而且裏面七拐八拐的女孩子一個人別住這家了
唯一的好處是電視可以看周冬雨演的那個電視劇？
就這樣還要140+。。
排氣扇約等於無，廁所巨悶。。

好奇葩的酒店，熱水居然時有時無，保安告訴我需要多開一會水才有熱水，開了十幾分鍾還沒有熱水，這是什麼情況？！辦理入住的那個工作人員態度非常好，看名牌是個實習生，能有這樣認真負責的員工真是酒店的福氣！

先一晚上400多的房價，環境設施差就不説了，房間很久，馬桶還有電話座機都是壞的。床單上還有小蟲子喝各種臟東西，沒有服務員，叫保安大叔跟我們一起換，關鍵是都不會換…點了外賣，跟外賣員説讓我們自己去拿，有機器人説很擠…那你讓小哥送上來啊，這個服務無語了！避雷！

設施比較陳舊，跟小賓館差不多，空調機械故障，晚上一直髮出高頻噪聲。衞生還可以，比較乾淨。早餐一言難盡，碗都是塑料的，種類也很少。

先説説位置，從這裏去海峽大劇院五公里左右，個人覺得住這裏過去還是挺方便的，性價比挺高的。從廈門站過來公交半小時左右，還是挺方便的。走一點點就是BRT卧龍曉城站，我從那裡坐快1路到廈門北站，大概五十分鐘，一路暢順。如家的品牌住過的人都知道，這家基本符合標準。最後講講我的房間，這是單人間，內窗，但是洗手間，特別是淋浴那裡真的很大很寬敞，也許正好房型的原因吧，我是覺得比隔壁的那些房間的衞生間要大很多，熱水充沛，雖然凌晨了，但水量和温度都非常好。唯一可能不太好就是因為沒有外窗，空氣好像差一點，總體我是覺得性價比很高，如果能接受這個的或者衹是短期的，就選這裏吧！
