"Our stay at Seaview was very satisfying overall. All the staff, especially my butler, were incredibly accommodating and had excellent attitudes. We didn't find the room damp at all. Aside from being a little smaller than expected, everything else was great. The kids had a fantastic time in the pool, and the beach right outside, Huangcuo Beach, had really fine sand and clean water – much better than I anticipated. The food was decent, nothing spectacular, but tasty nonetheless. A special mention for the Shacha noodles at breakfast – they were delicious! We stayed in the Insect Family Room, and even though the balcony didn't open directly to the pool, it was still very close by."

"Opting for a well-known hotel brand again, I wasn't disappointed. My room on the 18th floor was spacious and clean, offering a 180-degree ocean view. During my stay, our butler Jennifer was incredibly attentive, promptly responding to and resolving every issue. The buffet was also fantastic, and the dinner buffet, in particular, offered great value for money. They had my favorite soufflé, and the oysters were incredibly fresh, though it was a shame there weren't many people there. The hotel package included a sailing experience and a travel photography service, both of which were excellent. I was very happy with the photography skills and will definitely seek them out again next time. The sailing service was even better; they let me reschedule three times without any hassle, and the timing for heading out to sea was perfect – not too sunny and just breezy enough. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Xiamen!"

They thoughtfully allowed us to check in early and decorated the room for the birthday, which made my child very happy."

"Don't book! Don't book! Absolutely don't book! I booked one day and didn't want to leave, so I immediately booked a week's stay. The environment, the quality, the cleanliness...it's better than my home! I added the owner on WeChat; I'll need to consult them about renovations later. Let me describe the hotel's location: it faces the sea, there's a bus stop 100 meters behind, and Lehai Park in front. Many locals go there to go beachcombing and have an endless supply of seafood. Most importantly, the hotel has a free shared kitchen, which my family really appreciates. Plus, there's free parking. Cleanliness: Impeccable. Facilities: Everything you could need, fully smart, modern, high-tech. The toilet is automatic, no flushing required—awesome! Service: The receptionist was quite handsome, the kind of guy who grows on you. I wonder if he has a girlfriend... He was very attentive and even taught us how to avoid scams. This trip to Xiamen was excellent. I give Dolphin Bay 100 points!"

On the plus side, it's very close to the Xiamen South Railway Station entrance, practically right downstairs."
