Well manner receptionist who put customer’s interest first. Got a free upgrade to executive room. There are free 24 hour access to laundry and executive lounge

Our stay was made very easy by the friendly and cooperative staff..the amenities were really good and the best part was the lounge where you can sit and have tea/coffee and snacks and just relax…
Overall..totally worth the money!

整體挺滿意的，早餐也不錯，員工也還挺熱情的。停車場也方便。
行政酒廊自助茶點: 環境不錯，既然是免費的就不挑剔了。跟朋友坐一下午聊聊天還是挺好的。
洗衣房健身房也都有。

五星級該有的它都有，房間很大也很安靜，用品和鞋子也是上檔次的，服務也很好，還有24小時免費酒廊，洗衣乾衣機，對帶小孩的我們很友好。交通的話也方便，酒店對面坐109幾個站就到1號線了，前台姐姐很好，會告訴你怎麼坐車，酒店對面一條街都是吃的，不會餓到，下次還會住它，五星級這個價很友好

房間很大很寬敞，床品很棒，環境衞生也做的不錯，給人温馨舒適的感覺。工作人員服務態度也很好，周圍交通便利，去哪都方便。是住了還想住的酒店。很喜歡行政酒廊的氛圍，一邊吃下午茶一邊辦公，雨天和行政酒廊的咖啡更配哦

很滿意的一家酒店，進入大堂，看到酒店的裝修風格很喜歡，前台服務態度很好，諮詢了廈門旅遊景點，很熱情的給我們介紹，大堂還有免費咖啡吧，吃的品種挺多的，環境也很棒，和朋友一起喝喝咖啡聊聊天，甚是愜意，客服接電話語氣很有禮貌，有求必應，要的東西都很快送到房間，下次還會入住。非常滿意
