The room was very poor. The first room I was given when I first checked in was one that had been occupied by someone else and had not been tidied up. Later, when I changed to a room, there were fly larvae and hair in the bathroom. During the May Day period, I made a reservation with a premium of RMB 500, and on the day of check-in, the room rate became 200 RMB per day. Everything from the environment to the experience to the price-performance ratio is very poor. Not worth it, not worth it.

The room does not match the picture. It is huge and small. There is no place to store luggage. The surrounding shops are not open and there is no food. I will never come here again. I give one point to the front desk for their good service attitude.

The location of the hotel is very remote, it can be said that it is in the mountains in the city. The overall service level can only be called a hotel, not a hotel. The soundproofing was poor. It was raining when I went there. There was a metal panel outside the room, so I couldn't sleep all night. I had to extend my stay because of training. I asked the front desk one day in advance that I could get a room, but I had to book it on Ctrip. I almost didn't have a room the next day. The experience was very bad, and the curtains couldn't even cover the light. All I can say is, for three hundred dollars, it’s better to stay in a four-star hotel outside.

The hygiene of the room was not good, there were urine stains on the toilet and dirt on the quilt. Disgusting.

房間好大。床鋪很軟，整體感覺乾淨衞生，住宿有免費的停車，停車場寬裕，適合自駕游來這裏，交通也還可以，離將軍祠站有1公里。酒店還設有免費spa和游泳場所，因為趕着出去玩，沒有來得及體驗，下次自駕游來廈門，一定還來這家店。

可能因為是考試期間價格從平時的一百多漲到快300，為了方便就勉強接受了，晚上發現房間床上卻爬滿黑色蟲子，我自己把蟲子從被子上抖掉，一段時間後黑色蟲子又出現在被子上，打電話給前台，我提出換房，但重新換的房子牆上黴，房間裏也有異味，最後衹能同意更換被套，但更換後黑色蟲子還是幾個，晚上11點了也衹能將就了，第二天還要早起考試，第二天地上還發現一衹大蜘蛛，配圖是我把蟲子抖掉後蟲子再次出現在被子的圖

天山泉温泉活水養生SPA:需要自帶泳褲，以及店裡的浴巾過去温泉那邊，感覺整體水質可以的。前台服務人員服務態度良好，過來也有積極認真服務。距離植物園也是確實很近的

不錯的酒店，環境清幽。附近有公交站，離BRT站點也不算遠，交通出行還是挺便利的。前台工作人員熱情有禮。滿意的入住，好評。

和朋友自駕游來的，住了兩晚。酒店有免費停車場，客服人員態度很好，酒店還提供游泳池温泉票。趕過來入住後泡個温泉輕鬆多了。 交通便利，離鼓浪嶼的輪渡碼頭和園林植物園都很近。來旅遊住太方便了。

優點：房間環境不錯，服務員服務態度也很好 缺點：儘管離各個著名景點直線距離都不遠，但如果是自由行不開車的話，建議還是住一個交通更加便利的地方，每天爬坡真的很累，公共自行車也要走一段距離才有；酒店有些設備老舊；叫人來修的時候也要等十分鐘左右，比較慢

設施：很好。 衞生：很乾凈。 環境：非常好，酒店在廈門植物園周邊，空氣清新，環境優美。門口有個早餐店，很好吃。 服務：很熱情周到。 推薦入住！
