地點不錯，離地鐵站很近，公交站點也挺多。歺廳不少，離SM廣場很近，服務還可以，這個價格挺合適，總的來説不錯。

很好，環境不錯，就在烏石浦，SM旁邊，很方便，出去不遠就有地鐵站，旁邊吃喝玩樂很多，不錯不錯，有機會還會再訂

店員服務態度良好，但酒店客房隔音不好，樓下KTV晚上唱歌到零晨3-4時，太吵，根本無法睡覺，中間找服務員調換一間，也是歌聲纏繞，無法入眠。酒店客房是睡覺休息的地方，如果無法整改做到KTV唱歌聲隔音不吵，讓客人安靜入眠，就不能對外銷售服務客房，昧着良心賺錢，讓客人出錢買罪受，即損失金錢，又損失健康。酒店也不要説你店牌標註KTV，已做到公示，來推託責任。酒店經營KTV唱歌，是你的權益，客户管不着，但你影響客户休息睡覺就不應該。許多酒店也有KTV，但隔音做好，不影響客房休息，就無人意見。
