千萬不要入住啊，簡直要命，一進房間就是黴爛腐臭夾雜着濃濃的下水道惡臭，簡直如同路邊的公共廁所。睡一晚上直接頭昏腦脹噁心反胃，第二天早上8點鐘就要爬起來去外面呼吸新鮮空氣。反映衞生差，味道臭需要換房間，前台垮着臉説要加價200元，一看評論，大家都説臭，那是加錢換一個公廁吸沼氣？提供乾淨衞生的環境不是理所應當的嗎？真不知道這裏的市場監管局衞生部門有沒有去好好檢查一下。幾十年來第一次看到這麼噁心的住處，別説酒店了喊他八十年代招待所都抬舉它了，能能想象758元一晚的房價居然是這個衞生。

差到極點的房間，比火車站的旅館還要差的多，破破爛爛，全是老鼠味、發莓味！噁心透頂。根本不敢沖涼。要不是春節期間又帶着小孩子，沒辦法再訂其它酒店，絕對不會入住！四個字客觀評價：慘不忍睹！

環境非常差
衞生：衞生間反水味特別嚴重，特別臭，一進房就是一股黴味和公廁味，酒店説我們已經入住了就不能換房間了，所以沒給我們換，因為這間房沒人打掃就沒辦法供其他人入住，但是我想説，這間房原本就不應該給人住，臭的一晚上都沒睡着，和住在公廁沒什麼區別（臭味就跟一些破舊沒改革的舊公廁一樣）如果實在需要住這裏的朋友，避雷206房間，這間房對面是個雜物間，隔音也超級差。
設施：被子裏也是發黃的，桌子馬桶都是壞的，到處都是黴點，我就想問這種房間真的有打掃過嗎？還美名其曰我們已經入住了弄亂了會影響下一個人入住，説的好像我們就沒有被影響入住一樣
環境：建議大家來中山路玩的一定不要住中山路的酒店民宿，遇到很多住中山路的人都説環境很差很差。

一進房間就一股臭味，有煙臭味，還有尿騷味，看看圖片開裂的地班，櫃子裏臟的，洗頭手柄噴頭是壞的，最後一晚上都沒睡好，在廈門住6天，比這個便宜的酒店比它環境好，這個460定的，

春節出遊房源價格貴先不説，這環境看圖片，隨便安排了一家一樓無窗的房間，床單很臟，床墊都發黴了，刷牙杯也是黴的，衞浴間生銹，線下一晚房費都一個星期了也不退，抵制惡性商家

臟亂差，這是我住過最差的酒店，要不是來的時候已經11點加上帶着小孩來，明天需要早起我真的想退房，發黴的洗漱台，浴室淋浴玻璃上都是發黃的水垢，這得難道沒有請保潔阿姨來搞衞生嗎？我的天，最最主要的是房間一股黴味，床單摸着都是潮潮的感覺，還有破敗開裂的床頭，發黴的牆壁，真是無語了，最差的一次住酒店體驗
