10：30到的，還沒有房間，等到12點才辦入住，接待人員比較冷淡，基本不在前台，有人退房她也沒出來。這裡是跟月子中心一起的，他穿的有點像護士，也不知道她是不是前台，有一個像是老闆的，也很冷淡，基本不理人。第二天前台換了一個人，那個人還挺好。房間很大，光線很暗，被子有味道，空調製熱效果不太好，床很硬，是彈簧的，旁邊人一動，另一個人感覺很明顯，夜裡起來幾次逗清清楚楚。這個🛏️還不保暖，越睡越涼。根本睡不好。地理位置還好，離廈大和寺廟很近，就是在山上，很多上下坡，不好走。

設施：房間佈局合理，入門有屏風，背後是床。衞生間、洗手枱、淋浴間是三處分開的，很好。有洗衣機和乾衣機。
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：酒店位置在小山丘上，距離思明南路步行大約10分鐘。環境安靜，所在樓宇也是月子中心。有一片空地和泳池。
服務：高效不打擾

避雷南華院子！！！千萬別定！！！
首先，前台服務態度很差.我們預訂的是五月一號至三號的家庭房，提前兩個禮拜詢問了前台是否可以提前辦理入住，因為我們衹買到了凌晨的高鐵票，前台回覆若同房型有空房可以辦理，入住前一天再次打電話確認是否可以提前辦理入住，前台回覆，無空房，最早十點可以辦理且沒有提到需要付費，在我們到達酒店後，發現同房型至少有三間空房，打電話詢問前台想提前辦理入住，前台回覆，我們需要付費100/小時，這是我們第一次知道需要提前辦理需要付費且我們認為費用非常誇張（詳情頁沒有説明，且前台也沒有提前説）。
此外，在我們下午辦理入住的時候，我們向前台反饋，房間黴味非常重，前台卻一直強調我們在他們改價之前“撿漏”，房價非常低（我們預訂的是588/晚）原先分配給我們的房型更差，黴味更重？？？
因此我們認為他們存在欺瞞消費者，而且服務態度非常差（針對前台王女士的服務），該酒店跟月子中心在同一個地方，月子中心朝南，酒店朝北，因此應該是所有房間都會有非常重的黴味，而且完全沒作為，而且還嫌顧客付錢少，請問是我們付錢少導致酒店黴味重的嗎？而且是你們自己沒改價，並且588/晚就算是在上海這種大城市也不會住到這麼差的房子，請酒店好好定位一下自己，別太飄了

院子環境很清幽，院子裏擺着桌椅還可以賞月，房間挺大，洗臉池位置很寬敞，衹是房間裏床鋪旁邊的大浴缸很佔位置，如果使用浴缸房間會很潮濕，不實用；衞生間天花板發黴了；最好最重要的一點是院子裏有個泳池，泳池裡有艘透明的小船，小朋友非常喜歡劃那艘小船，玩得樂不思蜀，衹要有小船，下回還想再住這裏，希望一定要保留住這艘小船，給小朋友增添了很多樂趣！
