First of all, some unpleasant things happened to this Xiamen Vienna Hotel when I first checked in. There are also records on it, but they can be considered resolved. The next day I went to change rooms, but the front desk ignored me and said there was no room. I thought it would be a troublesome thing, so I didn't change rooms. See the picture for details. I personally feel that the service is not serious enough and does not look like it has been trained. The luggage was stored at the front desk. After being informed that a computer was available (the computer was in the handbag and the appearance of the computer could be seen), when picking up the luggage, I accidentally dropped the computer. After entering the room, the shower gel bottle was empty. Cleaning required at 12 o'clock. Inform the front desk and light up to clean up immediately. I came back before 5 p.m. but failed. After complaining, I was given a fruit plate.

The room was very comfortable. The front desk upgraded the room type for free and also provided free breakfast. It is highly recommended!
