到廈門參加廈門馬拉松，君泰酒店距離會展中心很近，大約 1.5公里的距離，地理位置佳。酒店服務態度很好，為參加馬拉松的客人延後退房時間到下午四點，中午還在門口準備了水果飲料點心給參加完馬拉松回來酒店的參賽客人，早餐時間也配合馬拉松提前到五點半，各項舉動很貼心，看得出來很用心做到滿足客人的需求。早餐豐盛好吃，房間舒適乾淨，推薦入住。

前台小姐姐服務很貼心，房間乾淨，還能在房間拍到美美的城市街景，早餐美味，附近的沙灘人少景美，以後來廈門還會選擇君泰酒店，必須給個好評

酒店不錯，升級了房型，贈送了早餐，還送了個飲品券，旁邊就有個小公園，帶娃可以玩。位置居中，去廈大 去濕地公園都很方便，附近還有個不夜城，出來玩的可以考慮這裏。

衝著五星的名頭住了兩晚，説句實話，這家酒店首先硬件設施達不到五星，其次酒店的管理很有問題，入住的當晚11時整幢大樓斷電（次日據前台回覆是凌晨三點多才恢復供電），黑燈瞎火的天法洗漱（早上洗澡時熱水温度很低），房間靠北，因窗户無法關閉（前台答覆：客人自己無法關閉，需要專用工具），當晚正遇寒流，大風沿窗户縫裡吹進房間，像鬼城的聲音，用口罩、餐巾低堵窗子縫也無濟於事，早上在五星級酒店的房間裏被凍醒，發生了這種情況，酒店工作人員居然像沒有發生過一樣，不聞不問，真垃圾！
