This hotel is the one I am most satisfied with during this trip. The front desk staff Xuehuan, Xiaodan and Yueyue are kind, lovely and friendly. They helped us arrange birthday surprises and prepare birthday cakes in advance, upgraded the lake view room for free, and helped answer many questions during the stay.
