We stay here very happy. Location good. Room is tidy and clean.

This hotel is in an ideal location- right in the middle of zhongshan pedestrian road. They also have a garden rooftop with a great sunset view of the city. Getting one of the garden view rooms with balcony was worth it because of the easy access to this rooftop view. :) room was very clean and modern and have all the basic things you need. Shower was also very good!

There's not much of a service except for the robot and front desk. Rooms are small, especially shower room and toilet. Room is clean, but there is a lot of dust in Air Conditioning. There is no privacy at the terrace because it's not separated from the rooms on the side. Location is great, but the hotel is over priced.

Great price. Central location. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Laundromat lack dryer, that’s about the only downside.

Honestly, I have high expectations for hotels when traveling, especially regarding the comfort of the bedding. This hotel offers a 10-star experience at a budget hotel price. My sleep quality was excellent, and I felt refreshed the next day. The room was very clean, with daily cleaning, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is very convenient; the reception is on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator. I especially liked the self-service laundry room and dryer, which are very convenient for long-term guests. Another interesting feature was the unique food delivery robot with its cute voice, enhancing the stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, making the experience perfect. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and helpful.

Service: The room facilities and gym are both very new and have a lot of equipment. I highly recommend staying here. The service was very attentive and meticulous, and the room was truly excellent.

The hotel boasts a superb location with convenient transportation, making it easy to reach various attractions and transportation hubs. Upon arrival, you can ask the receptionists for travel tips; the front desk is open 24 hours a day, and everyone is always welcoming and friendly. They patiently explain the hotel's facilities, how to use the air conditioning, how to connect to the Wi-Fi, and provide the front desk phone number. They all gave me a very caring and welcoming impression, and the entire team was incredibly enthusiastic. The hotel itself was very warm and comfortable, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating environment after a long day. A fantastic hotel! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I ever visit Xiamen again.

The hotel breakfast was plentiful, featuring local specialties. There was a noodle stall at the hotel, and the wontons were delicious. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The view from the window was beautiful, and there was a large terrace where you could also eat. The cleaning staff definitely deserve 5 stars. Bed linens were changed promptly, and they proactively asked if we needed them changed during our stay. Cleanliness is basic, but the hotel's excellent service reflected its quality and made us feel very welcome. The hotel's location is excellent, convenient for visiting various attractions, and very close to the pier for Gulangyu Island. The gym had a good selection of equipment. Initially, I was worried my family wouldn't like it, but the meticulous and thoughtful service made them very satisfied. It's not easy for every staff member to have such a service-oriented mindset; we truly felt at home! The hotel's location is superb, with amazing views.

The decor is very tasteful, the store is easy to find, parking is convenient, and transportation is excellent – ​​the overall experience was fantastic, giving me a huge dopamine rush and making me incredibly happy! Not only were the ingredients delicious, but they also looked incredibly appetizing, perfectly matching my tastes. Absolutely amazing! It was my first time here, and thankfully the staff were patient and helpful, making it a truly wonderful experience.

The location is extremely convenient; the pedestrian street is right downstairs, and cars can drive right down. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are very clean, and the receptionist was very helpful. I would definitely book this place again next time I come.
