房間很大，暖氣也很好，滑完雪不冷，離雪場非常近。我們住的第二天晚上，冬令營的小孩跟我們一層，吵到晚上兩點，半夜還敲別人房間的門，真的非常討厭，早上6點又開始吵，根本就沒法睡覺，前台服務還是很好的，他們勸了很多次沒用，給我們送了果盤，但是真的沒法睡覺。建議如果有冬令營那一層就全是小孩，不要再接其他遊客了，給安排到其他樓層，真的吵一晚上，跟住在猴山一樣

酒店房間設施一般，臭蟲遍地都是，提出換房間，前台極大的不情願。好不容易換了房間，發現房間中一張床上的被子疑似有人用過，提出換一床被套，服務人員言辭決絕，最後甩下一句，“我就是不換”，揚長而去。

房間衞生堪憂，碎髮、床單污漬血跡；環境比較老舊，最近還在翻新，有味道；服務一般，電話很久才來人；房間隔音很差，房門明顯縫隙

剛好碰上是週六，住這家酒店，旅行團的客特別多，服務員説客房都滿客了，我們想我們的時間自由早餐就錯開一下，8點到餐廳今天盤子基本空的，服務員説是旅行團隊説完了，沒有菜了，什麼態度？？？
