"I booked a stay at Yishengyisu, and they offer two room types: a LOFT and a standard room with a balcony. I arrived quite early in the morning, and the front desk told me they had reserved the LOFT for me. However, when I checked in, the front desk didn't say anything and just gave me a standard room with a balcony instead 🫤. I was really looking forward to the LOFT room type.
