趁著兒童節帶小朋友出來玩，酒店設施很好，位置就在園區旁邊，環境不錯，衞生也很乾凈。總機的小劉和小李接待服務很好，為我們講解了襄陽周邊遊玩的地方。提前給我們安排了一間樓層比較高、風景好的家庭套房。

酒店乾淨整潔，房間設施設備齊全，前台服務員劉瀟 ，王清龍，佘佳佳態度很好，還主動幫忙給介紹園區遊玩攻略，餐廳環境還不錯，酒店隨處可見酒精洗手液很方便，出門忘記了口罩可以在前台拿，整體還不錯，挺滿意。

房型很不錯，我定的是家庭套房，有一張2m的大床，和一個上下鋪。進門有衣帽間，還有個客衞，然後是個大客廳，還有個長廊樣式的陽台，有吊椅可以坐着享受日光浴，孩子很喜歡。再就是上下鋪很有質感的材質，感覺身材不胖的寶媽可以帶着小寶一起睡。完全睡三大兩小5個人沒問題的。

酒店整體環境不錯，靠近奇幻谷和雲海湯泉，設施設備都很齊全，前台王清龍還有大堂副理佘佳佳服務都很熱情，整體來説都很滿意，以後有機會還會過來。

雲海酒店環境優美，地理位置好，房間乾淨舒適，設施設備齊全。酒店工作人員服務都很熱情，特別是快捷服務中心的仝詩雯，走時東西落在酒店了也會幫忙郵寄。整體來説很滿意，是下次帶孩子出遊的首選。

房間大小合適，衞生也乾淨，早餐品種不是很豐富，酒店周邊很荒涼，沒什麼吃的，居然肯德基都垮了，吃飯還是衹能依附於酒店內！
奇幻度假區穿梭巴士:沒享受過，走路五分鐘
雙人奇幻谷門票（無限次入園）:這個可以，住宿期間無限次入園
精美下午茶:沒享受過，説是過了時間
